The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Montgomery Veterans Hospital, The Castle of Muskogee, The Five Civilized Tribes Museum, Hatbox Sports Complex & Bike Trail, our property is located near many local attractions and facilities just a stone's throw from fine dining and shopping as well. Enjoy a secluded stay off the main roads with a country feel. Deer and wildlife frequent the property with great views from the dining area and patio. Handicapped friendly!

1 King Bed. 1 Twin air mattress rollaway (plz req rollaway) Washer/Dryer for your use. Wi-Fi Fiber. Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

Lake Ann Guest House: Trail head and Lake Access

Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability, free Netflix, fast WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.

Our property isn't just a place to spend the night, its a destination. A place to relax. We have been blessed to call this beautiful farmstead home for over 30 years. Upon entering the property you will traverse along the winding drive, rolling hills, across the lake on the covered bridge, and up the hill to the log home. Be sure to look around for the many deer, geese, ducks, turkeys, and other wildlife that also call our farm home.
