Apartment holiday rentals in Mismaloya

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was a nice mix of city and beach and bay ocean views. The condo was clean and uncluttered. The pool was fantastic. This is an area that is in the process of either being restored or developed. So when you enter the condo from the street you enter on a dirt road, which is kind of funny, then you arrive at this beautiful new condo. We felt very safe walking up and down the street but just be aware it looks very undeveloped. Also another, very small thing, the shower controls are on backwards so if you feel like the water isn’t getting hot just switch it to the other side and wait a moment… this may have only been a bit confusing for us hahaha. We thought we didn’t have hot water and felt pretty dumb once we got it figured out.

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

Our stay at Alexanders place was great. Lovely views, all the things you need and a beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed it. There are a lot of hill around, which we didn't mind but it something people should be aware of. We loved being able to walk to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants.

El Departamento es muy comodo, la vista incredible, la playa es hermosa, perfecto para descansar, a 20 minutos del Malecon, las personas en el edificio son amables y respetuosos, super recomendable. Sin Duda regresaré.

This place blew us away. The condo was even better than expected—perched just above the bustle of town, but still an easy walk to everything. The view is truly one of the best in Puerto Vallarta. We found ourselves staring out at it every chance we got. The building felt super secure and peaceful, and the condo itself was beautifully done—high-quality, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The pool was a dream. It was relaxing, and surprisingly private. We also loved spending time on the rooftop patio, which we shared with a few kind and friendly tenants. Our host went above and beyond—always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and even helped us store our luggage after checkout while we waited for our flight. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a big difference. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this one is easily in our top few. Can’t wait to come back!

Soho es una excelente opción si buscas un espacio amplio con alberca y una vista espectacular de todo Vallarta. El servicio de los meseros es muy bueno y la comida, deliciosa. El Airbnb es bastante espacioso, con terraza, sala, comedor y dos baños grandes. Lo recomiendo mucho.

This unit has beautiful ocean bay views, and the sunsets were amazing! The place accurately matches the photos and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is plenty to do within a short walk in all directions. While the frameless sliding glass doors are nice for views, there was noticeable street noise at night that might be a consideration for light sleepers. The building lobby and roof terrace are a nice experience, and roof top pool is a superb place to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you!

No hay palabras para describir este lugar, todo excelente. Desde la bienvenida ya sabía que todo estaría bien . Tony siempre al pendiente, super más que amable, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad. Más que recomendado este lugar, todo muy cómodo, céntrico, limpio, una vista increíble. Mi pareja y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar, pero sobre todo con la persona de Tony. Y volveremos con muchicimo gusto a disfrutar y gozar de todo lo que nos ofrecen.

Se tiene una vista hermosa, el depa está muy bonito y lo mejor es que está CERCA de todo, estábamos a unos 10 minutos en carro del malecón, sin duda alguna recomiendo 100% el lugar!

The place was great. The perfect location for walking to all the best spots, just be prepared for the stairs. Lots of stairs! We pack light so it was ok for us. We had a great time and definitely plan to return.

Great little apartment and in a very central location

Thierry's place was fantastic and looked exactly as pictured. The pool is stunning and the neighborhood is convenient, a few blocks from the beach and lots of good restaurants, bars, etc. There was moderate construction noise which was not ideal but other than that it was perfect. Thanks to Sergio for being so friendly and helpful whenever we needed him. I would definitely book this place again the next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta.

Absolutely one of the most gorgeous Airbnbs I ever stayed at. I can't say enough about the place itself, just architecturally a stunning structure built onto the mountains above Puerto Vallarta, and so beautifully appointed. We were so happy just to spend time in our unit with its open, breezy deck and the view of the city and the ocean, and the common spaces are great too. Went into the dipping pool several times on the hot days. Also Susan herself is a terrific host, immediately responsive through messages and with tons of great suggestions for time spent in town. And her staff, Felipa and Ismael, were lovely and kept the place in great shape. Location is terrific for a twelve minute (steep) walk or four minute car ride into Zona Romantica which is basically paradise for a lover of street tacos (me). We could hear music from nearby hotels in the daytime. But was a great time on our honeymoon week adventuring from and relaxing at Casa de los Arcos, and we'll return when in PV again.

We had an amazing stay at Madero 320, Unit 401 in Puerto Vallarta! My husband and I were traveling from Los Angeles with a friend, and we were looking for a place that offered both comfort and convenience, and this condo exceeded all of our expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Zona Romántica, making it easy to walk to fantastic restaurants, bars, and clubs. The condo itself is beautifully updated, featuring high-end finishes and stylish decor. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city and ocean. A special shoutout to Matias, the concierge, who was incredibly friendly and provided an excellent recommendation for dinner on our first night. His local insights made our trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a modern, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in PV, this is it! We’ll definitely be back.

David’s place is absolutely stunning! The property is in a great location with easy access along the beach to Zona Romantica , the Malecon and restaurants. If you decide to take uber instead, it’s a quick 5 minute ride and cost $2-$3 into town. It was nice to have a restaurant next to the pool which we found very reasonable and the food is very good. The property is a paradise and in the evening you’ll fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks. I will definitely be coming back and make reservations to stay at David’s home at Sayan Tropical.

The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. The place looks just like it does in the pictures. The hosts even sent me recommendations which were very helpful. Loved the environment- the beach is technically the backyard. I recommend!

We were two couples and absolutely loved Vallarta Shores and #7. Great location at the end of the beach with easy walking to everything! The condo was very comfortable and beautiful Ocean front for both bedrooms was fantastic. Kitchen had all the basics with nice fridge and stove. Wifi excellent. Beach front pool and Palapas for condos were perfect. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

I’ve been to Sayulita 30ish times in the last few years. This is my new favorite location. I’ve stayed here twice in the last month. I’ll be booking here every time I come back if it’s available.

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

Perfect place to stay in! Everything is 5 min to 10min walk away. Great views of the town and the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Las fotos de este departamento no le hacen justicia. Está más lindo en persona. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, toallas, centro de lavado, cocina bien equipada, y la cama está SUPER cómoda. Mi esposo y yo lamentamos no haber agendado toda nuestra estancia en este lugar. Dormimos como reyes, no había ruidos ni entraba la luz. La alberca está muy bonita, con una vista increíble. El gimnasio está bien equipado y hay una zona de hamacas donde puedes descansar. Cuenta con seguridad y su propio estacionamiento, y fue muy sencillo acceder. La comunicación con Sebastián y Louis fue sencilla y eficiente. Es de los mejores lugares en donde nos hemos hospedado en México. Si regresamos a Puerto Vallarta nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta. The building was modern, clean, and everything worked perfectly. Although I didn't use the rooftop pool, it had stunning views of the city and ocean. I liked that it was within walking distance to the beach and might life. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place yo stay.
