Beachfront holiday rental in Mismaloya

Our family of 5 adults had the most amazing week at Norma’s beautiful home! Norma was always very quick to respond with any questions and is very kind. Upon arrival Dorian, Lupita and Luz made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Lupitas cooking was beyond delicious. Luz kept the house very clean and made our beds every morning. Dorian was always there for anything we needed. They were all so kind and helpful. We couldn’t have ask for better staff for our stay. The house and property were more than we could have imagined. So peaceful and serene. Having privacy was so nice. The pool was perfect for the warm, humid temps. The beach down the road was so fun and we loved boogie boarding. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We loved all of the animal life and name the local tejones King Julian (iykyk). He came to visit nightly, of course watching him from indoors. We highly recommend Norma’s home. We hope to be able to return in the future!

This is such a unique and lovely place. You are right on the ocean, rocks underneath that amplify the ocean sound all around you. When the ocean is wild you feel the intensity. And when it is calm you feel that peacefulness as well. Just a few steps from Isabel beach where you can swim and get some sun. Beds were so comfy, really cute place and the upstairs deck was a great place to meditate, watch for whales and look at the beauty of Yelapa from the ocean side. Chrissy is very sweet and kind and helped us find a porter to take our bags up and back to the pier. All in all we loved staying here and want to come back again. Casa Luna is a gem for sure.

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Excellent location, it's the same as the shared photographs, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! We were treated quite well at reception We will definitely be back!!!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

a great house, beautiful garden, super nice and clean warm pool, spacious house and air conditioning in the house, bedroom and living room, super comfortable, we went to all the host's recommendations for eating and all excellent :)

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

The Department is very comfortable, the view is incredible, the beach is beautiful, perfect for rest, 20 minutes from the Malecon, the people in the building are friendly and respectful, super recommended. Without Douda I will return.

We really enjoyed our stay with wonderful sea views. It has a lift to go down to the pool and beach. We loved the restaurant next door. We visited it several times and everything was delicious. We rented a car but we regretted it because there are taxis wherever you want. A great stay! 👍

The whole stay was very welcoming, the photos do not do the accommodation its due justice, it is very spacious and has an incredible view. My friends and I were fascinated and looking forward to coming back.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

Puerto Vallarta is an amazing city and I cannot wait to go back. Girasol Sur has a great location on a beautiful Gamelas beach plus 24-7 security, its own large pool, restaurant with live music - what else could one want. Maria Elena’s place was a luxury condo on two levels, pristine, nice furniture, space to work, exactly as described. Maria Elena responded to each of my hundred questions 🙂 quickly and with great suggestions. Would recommend the place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, yet close to town spot, and I am looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you! Maja

Mollys Villa in PV was absolutely stunning! The Villa itself was to die for gorgeous with its sexy Spanish style feel. The place was sparkling clean and we felt right at home. We spend most of our time out on the many balconies of the home by the pool. My only critique was that there were no lounge chairs to lay on by the pool, and the chairs that were out there are metal and not very comfortable, but we made do. The VEIWS and the surrounding foliage are spectacular! We could have stayed here for a month and were really sad to leave. Just like other reviews mention, the house is located on the main road and therefore the traffic is non stop and really loud, but that is to be expected with any house located on that road right by the beach. The views and house make up for it!! Molly was very responsive to all of my questions before and during the trip and gave recommendations for spas in the area including their phone numbers and directions. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

This home is an absolute gem - a gorgeous interior, lovely pools and one of the nicest beaches in Puerto Vallarta. We spent many nights just appreciating the views from the large balcony. The onsite cafe is for residents only and had a wide range of food available at really reasonable prices, with lovely staff members. We decided not to rent a car but found that the bus system was easy to navigate (and loved by our kids!) and Uber is easy to use as well. The location was actually perfect for quick trips into town, but also easy access to nearby places like Mismaloya and the Botanical Gardens (well worth a visit!) The restaurant two doors down also had a great sunset ocean view, as did the Lindo Mar hotel restuarant on the same road into Puerto Vallarta. We spent hours snorkelling along the rocks near the hotel (saw more fish here than we did at Los Arcos!) and playing in the water :)

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place was definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, they were of great help to us! I would definitely come back and recommend it without a second thought. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I enjoyed the condo and our stay in PV. The pool is just as nice as it looks in the photos. The room has an excellent view and is very comfortable. Everything in the condo feels very premium. It's located firmly in the Hotel Zone. You can use Uber very quickly to get to any place you want to go. The building is a new construction and very modern. A few things to note: The beaches in PV can be a bit rocky. "Colorado" style river rocks are common. Bring some water shoes. The check-in process is long and a little klunky, but the communication was very quick when we had questions. As of May 2025, there is construction next door. The way the condos are set up really doesn't affect the experience during the day. There are chickens in the open lot, though, and the Roosters like to talk in the morning. The pool is awesome, but there is no bar. The loungers can fill up quickly in the morning. Plan accordingly.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The host was also very attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the water!

My family and I had a lovely stay. The location is great to get to town and ubers are readily available. All the staff were incredibly helpful and a delight.

2nd time at El Jardin. Such a great place in Yelapa for those seeking nature and peace. Loved Eagles Nest - felt like I was sleeping on the water and up in the trees. The flowers, birds and butterflies in the nest was awesome!
