The apartment is centrally located between the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. It is as described, very spacious and cozy. The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

The accommodation is super lovingly decorated and corresponds exactly to the photos. We felt very comfortable, there was everything you needed for a stay. Surrounding there are many nice cafes and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and a bicycle rental. Kelly was a super hostess and always responded immediately if there were any questions. We stayed at Liz's place for a week and had a great time! The location is great: you can be on the beach in less than 10 minutes walk and in the city in 25 minutes by bus. Everything you would like to see is quickly accessible: Bioparc, Ciudad de las Artes, Turia Park, etc. We have been to Valencia many times and love the city and the lifestyle in Cabanyal. We 100% recommend the place and were very satisfied! The place is as described and we felt at home!

Very pleasant stay for a goodbye. Frederic is always very attentive to everything, kind and willing, even adapted the sofa for a night that we were more people. A phenomenal location to spend a few days both in the house and in the environment so pleasant that surrounds it. Close to natural areas to enjoy and very nice villages. We will certainly repeat.

This was a perfect Airbnb for us, it was the start of a 6 day bike ride. There were 4 of us and needed 4 beds but if there are more of you there was also a sofa bed. Easy walk to Cabanyal area. Very clean and easy check in. Thanks

This beachside apartment was perfect for our family stay in Valencia. It was just a short walk to the beach and located in a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped for kids, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the safe, welcoming atmosphere. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the sea after a day of sightseeing. We’d absolutely recommend it to families traveling with children.

We spent a few days very comfortable in Pedro's accommodation,it is a small apartment but for 4 people it is good and more to spend a few days ,it has a spectacular terrace we spent many moments there in summer it has to be even better, it has a garage so it is an important plus. Communication with pedro was quick and answered immediately and could solve any questions and then the delivery of keys with her in-laws Javier and Ani was perfect and they let us in early for a very time,so I can't say anything else that it was a perfect stay. To return.
