You are a very hospitable and kind host, the apartment is very comfortable and very clean. We had a good time and highly recommend it. We were guests of Oreste to spend New Year's Eve in Rimini and we traveled comfortably in the cities near Igea Marina. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Such a great apartment and perfect for 6 nights. I really felt at home. Location was 10 mins walk to train station, 10 mins walk to supermarket. Great view over the canal and lovely to watch the local fisherman. I felt safe and secure and the apartment had everything i needed. Ombretta was just a gem. Somehow we managed perfectly well to communicate, her in Italian and me English. She even helped me call a taxi when i had to check out as the uber is not reliable, but within a minute, Ombretta was on the phone and arranged a taxi. Top top service. For sure I can recommend and will stay again.

Emanuele is really a SUPER HOST!We were in Cattolica for the national final of the Sport Project: the apartment is in a quiet residential area, very close to the sea and the pedestrian area and 8 minutes from the Riviera Horses Resort, very easy to reach. The apartment is really super and beautiful and totally matches the photos and description and also the large terrace was very used. We had a great time. We had to leave the apartment Saturday morning, by 10 a.m., but since there was no other reservation, Emanuele offered to keep it free for the whole morning: in this way, after completing the races we returned home calmly and prepared all the luggage... without haste... we left it around 2 p.m. If we were to return to Cattolica, I would definitely stay here again. Emanuele, thank you!!!! 😘

I'm having a great stay. Hosts have been helpful, including in emergencies. The apartment is very clean, with all the necessary things to live there for even a month. Bottles of water were waiting for us. It's a good idea to bring the basics like salt, pepper, tea, if you plan to cook something yourself in the kitchen. There was a lot of space on the balcony, and we could store bikes. Close to bakery, pharmacy, small grocery stores, Metromare station. Great pizzeria Da Vinci about 3 minutes on foot. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot with a long promenade connected to the bike path.

This is the second time we've come here. The place is always impeccable and large, perfect for large groups like ours. Kitchen, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Karlo's dad is friendly, kind, and helpful. Always available for everything. Everything is perfect as always. We'll be back again next year! :)

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Franca and her husband are really nice and welcoming owners who made us feel at home. We've also taken advantage of their tips for eating well at reasonable prices. The invitation to use their bikes to move along the bike path was also much appreciated. The apartment is small but very functional, the decor recalls the marine environment with taste and sobriety and is a stone's throw from the beaches. We felt right at home! Thank you.

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

My stay at Eleonora’s was wonderful! The apartment was full of charm and had an authentic Tuscan vibe. The garden was a highlight—spacious and green, perfect for my dog to roam freely. The location was great, very peaceful with scenic walking routes right behind the house. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring the region—close to charming local towns with markets and within easy reach of bigger cities like Florence for day trips. Eleonora and Giulia were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Communication was always clear and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that heating and electricity is an additional cost and can be quite expensive (which Eleonora was very transparent about). Given the overall value of the stay, I found this to be reasonable, but it’s something to consider, especially in colder months when keeping the pellet stove running is essential. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d love to return!
