The condo is not only spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished, but it also offers all the comforts and conveniences you could hope for during your stay. The view from the unit is stunning—especially at night—and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Darwin is a fantastic host—very responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful. He made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and his attention to detail really shows in the space. Whether you're in Cagayan de Oro for work or leisure, this unit at Avida Tower 1 Aspira is an excellent choice. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again! 💯💯💯💯

Marina's place is the ideal location for people who want to step away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The nights are quiet except for the sound of the waves. we needed a break and this place gave us just what we needed. The caretakers are always ready to assist when you need them as they are only a text or call away and they live nearby. It's quite a steep climb though (stairs) so if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you.

Exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect place to spend time with your friends and family. Ms. Ara, the host, was very responsive and flexible with our requests. The place was clean and has all the amenities that you need. I’ve already recommended it to my other friends and my family and I will surely be back soon.

It was our first time to book as airbnb in CDO as we had a family outing and we have with us our 4 helps and driver consisting of 10 pax all in all and we wanted to stay in a place where they will have good memories during our short stay. Our stay at Homestay CDO - Ventura was fantastic! The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean and spacious in which all of us had a comfortable sleep and it is well equipped. Our stay in our private rooms exceeded expectations. Kristofer was always available to answer our questions, was responsive and helpful. The best part is the safety in which our vehicle (Grandia van) can even fit in their garage which is a big plus for us. ❤️🥰 Thank you! We will definitely book this place again!
