The lovingly furnished annex extends over 2 floors and is a self-contained part of an old, ecologically renovated house with its own terrace and garden. Kleinzerlang is a peninsula in the immediate vicinity of the lake and surrounded by meadows, forests, hiking trails and a canal, at the northern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Rheinsberg is 11 km away and there are also numerous other beautiful places to discover. Unfortunately, not suitable for children due to the railing.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
