Great place! House was clean and tidy also very convenient location. Host was helpful , pool and gym facilities were great.

Chandima was the best hostess. She was friendly, helpful and we did not lack anything while we were there. We felt right at home and would definitely choose her place again when visiting Sri Lanka again!

We had a very confortable stay here. The location was lovely and had a really nice view. The hosts were very freindly and supportive. Definitly would come back here again and would highly recomanded it to anyone!

nice and lovely apartment with a grear view over the jungle and the ocean from the 8th floor. Everything you need is there. It is away from all the big roads so it is silent there :)

Had a great stay here with my family. All the amenities felt brand new. It had a well-stocked kitchen, the place was neat and clean, and the host was very responsive. Any questions we had were answered quickly. And also have are enjoy the kids plying area is here in the apartment. It was very convenient because there is a keels super center very near to place, so with young children we were able to cook breakfast and then head out for the day! The apartment is also a good size and didn't feel crowded. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here!

Жилье расположено в километре от пляжа, но мы были с машиной и ездили по всем пляжам. Туктуки постоянно предлагают довести (как только пойдешь пешком по улице). Туктуку давал 200 рупий. Хозяин Бину предоставляет велосипед. Ездил на нем в тренажерный зал по утрам. Тренажерный зал ~10000 рупий за 14 дней. Место очень удобное, на мой взгляд, находится в самом центре плеяды, лучших на южном побережье и разных по впечатлениям пляжей. На право поедешь, там максимум в 10 минутах несколько пляжей с серфами и волнами. На лево поедешь, там максимум в 10 минутах прекрасные бухты для купания с маленькими детьми. В Велигаме много кафе, рынок, тейкавей. Брали на рынке рыбу 1000 рупий за килограмм, готовили. В доме есть все для готовки. Бину один раз делал уборку в доме, предварительно уточнив удобно ли нам. Он очень отзывчивый. Сразу скинул координаты всех нужные для жизни мест. У Бину есть знакомый, который показал нам слонов и крокодилов в заповеднике на северо-востоке.

The attention to detail in the amenities provided made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. The location was convenient, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to key attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend the Nest Residence to anyone and We’ll definitely be back in the future!

We didn’t expect this place to be this amazing! Brand new house, with everything you need inside. Very quiet location, away from the main road. If you have a bike, everything (beach, shops, cafes, etc) is reachable within 5-10 min drive - which is a perfect combination! We were even more amazed by the hosts themselves. Kindest people, always ready to help with anything. Chandi is always reachable & always helpful. Her sister Kusum is one of the loveliest people I met. Very thankful to them for everything. All in all, definitely recommend this place & would come back here anytime we travel to Sri Lanka!

Pavi, Bathi and their family and friends are the loveliest of people, always ready to help or offer advice when needed. Our apartment was situated on the 2nd floor and was lovely, bedroom and bathroom bare very large as is the kitchen diner, if there was anything you needed Pavi got it sorted asap, the grounds are immaculate and have a plethora of wildlife wandering the grounds, the use of the swimming pool was a great addition. Polhena itself is situated in a great spot for travelling out from and has a wonderful little beach(it does get busy at weekends). Shops are in walking distance as is the main town of Matara or a short fun tuk tuk ride. Colombo and other places are easily accessible via buses or train, both a fun way to travel. We will be back.

We had a good stay at Praneeth’s place. The accommodation was clean, new, and well-maintained. Praneeth was more than helpful throughout our stay, and his mother was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I had an amazing stay at Crystal Villa Weligama, a perfect retreat for relaxation and productivity. The villa features 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room and dining area are perfect for unwinding and enjoying meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and with fiber optic internet, it’s great for digital nomads. Located in a calm and quiet area, the villa offers a large garden for relaxation. Just 800 meters from the beach and town, it’s a short 5-10 minute walk to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood is safe and secure, ideal for families. The host, Ruwan, is incredibly helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Crystal Villa Weligama is one of the best places to stay in the area, offering comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I highly recommend it for both work and leisure.

Villa Jungle Paradise is fantastic , so is Sudath and his wife. Very helpful with everything. Edith was very with the foot massages to recover her ankle after her fall. The place is situated in the jungle with a nice swimming pool, clean, quiet, birds whistle, high in the trees monkeys now and then. Only 800 meters walking to the beach. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit. And also near two of our favorite restaurants : Jungle restaurant and Wijaya beach restaurant.

After 3 times visiting this home stay the experience becomes better each time. Chani and Nimal gives you a genuine feeling of being cared for. Very flexible, charming and kind couple. There are possibilities for sightseeing with Nimal and Chani easily arrange cooking classes and her dishes are top class. We are for sure coming back!!

We were a family with two children and a medium-sized dog. There is a place to park the car under the roof, the street on which the house stands is wide and clear. This is essentially the second floor of the house with its own entrance and staircase. The second floor has a place to sit outside and enjoy the view. There is also a balcony and air conditioning in one of the two rooms. The second room has a floor fan and the living room has a ceiling fan. There is a ~43' TV in the living room with a comfortable sofa. The inside is spacious and cozy. The kitchen can be said to be on the balcony area, one burner, a small refrigerator and a good washing machine. The host kindly provided an extra table in one room, a drying rack for clothes. The host was always willing to help. We are happy with our 16 day stay in this nice place

Had a wonderful stay at Sam's Condominium-neat and clean apartment with stunning views and the soothing sound of waves . The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect coastal escape.

Wowww. Where do I even begin?! We were stunned by how much more beautiful this place was in person. It exceeded all our expectations!! The location can’t be beat. Corner unit, two floors, multiple balconies & floor-to-ceiling windows/doors to catch the beach & gorgeous sunset views from any angle! The bedrooms with attached bathrooms, common areas & divine master suite are so spacious and luxurious! I have to give *high praise* for how well maintained this unit is by Dodampe, his lovely caretaker Upul, and the cleaning staff. The place was sparkling clean - kitchen, curtains, sofas & other furniture/fixtures seemed almost brand new! Incredibly high standards for cleanliness, presentation & keeping unit in excellent working order with no issues. Our family of seniors, young adults, and children had lots of privacy for ourselves as well as generous common areas to spend together. Many thanks to Upul for his warmth, responsiveness, all his help & advice. He even brought a welcome gift!

Die Unterkunft ist schön und direkt am Meer. Wenn man nicht in dem Restaurant im Gebäudekomplex essen möchte, benötigt man aber immer ein Taxi zum nächsten Restaurant. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde immer Rücksicht genommen und diese auch erfüllt. Weiterhin wurde uns beim organisieren des Transfers zum Flughafen sehr geholfen.

Great apartment, had all the basic necessities! The host and family were so incredibly helpful! Gave us a number for a great tuck tuck driver, warned us about the rambunctious monkeys that like to stop by, tried to keep us up to date on the power outages and more. It’s a lovely little jungle villa, with that being said, jungle = lots of bugs, there’s no way around it. Just don’t leave any open food out and that will help lessen the bug situation. Also, mirissa beach (great spot for restaurants and beach days) is a bit too far to walk, so I’d recommend getting a scooter or a bike and the host has a person for that too!! All around, would stay again if we come back to Sri Lanka! Host and family were so so so helpful and friendly!

Die Villa selbst ist ein kleines Paradies: gut eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Garten mit Pool – eine echte Oase der Ruhe, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sauber und komfortabel, mit einem herrlichen Blick ins Grüne. Zum Strand gelangt man ganz unkompliziert mit dem Tuk-Tuk – die Fahrt dauert etwa 10 Minuten und kostet nur rund 2,50 €. Perfekt, um spontan einen Ausflug ans Meer zu machen. Der Flughafen ist etwa 1,5 Stunden entfernt, der Transfer kostet ca. 75 €. Ideal für einen entspannten Start oder wie bei uns zum Abschluss der Reise. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos – der Gastgeber spricht Englisch und Deutsch, der Empfang vor Ort spricht ausreichend Englisch.

Absolutely perfect! This 3-bedroom beachfront sea view condo exceeded all expectations. Spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotless, with breathtaking ocean views from rooms and living area. The sound of the waves and direct beach access made it feel like paradise. Ideal for families or a small group getaway, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended.
