Hikes in the heart of nature with breathtaking views await you. We will welcome you to a warm and cozy accommodation where you will feel right at home. The vacation rental is located on the hills of Saint-Laurent-du-Pont, with wonderful sunshine, 2.5 km from all amenities, shops, a cinema, and an eco-friendly swimming pool.

Unusual window on the Chartreuse

Located in a quiet village in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Park, come and discover our atypical gîte and its exceptional view of the entire Chartreuse mountain range. Through its sloping window, you will feel surrounded by nature even when inside! A real corner of paradise to recharge your batteries and/or practice outdoor activities (cycling, mountain biking, hiking, trail...). Food store in the center of the village, 10 min walk. Swimming pool available depending on the season.

Waterfront

We are offering part of our carefully renovated house for rent. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the house. The Rivieralp leisure centre with an eco-friendly swimming area is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, and we have a private courtyard for motorbikes. Breakfast is available on request for an additional €8.

Chartreuse Bellevue Cottage

Chalet located in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Park, in a setting conducive to rest, relaxation, outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking from the chalet), and 500 m from the shops and the village center. It is equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, washing machine, fridge, sofa bed on the living room side, 67 cm TV screen. Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for small children, as it is accessed by a fixed ladder. Possibility of loaning baby equipment.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The property is close to Exit 12 of the A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults without children (no additional people can be added).

Treat yourselves to a Nordic escape for two. Enjoy your private Nordic bath, heated up to 37°C and built into the terrace facing nature. Independent apartment attached to a typical Savoyard stone house over 150 years old, located in the Chartreuse mountains, 13 minutes from Lake Aiguebelette, 35 minutes from the town of Chambéry, 45 minutes from Grenoble and 1 hour from Lyon. Mid-mountain environment (alt. 550m), you have the possibility to practice several outdoor activities in summer such as cycling, hiking... in winter skiing, snowshoeing...
