Charmante maison indépendante, climatisée , non-fumeur dans un quartier calme avec un jardin équipé de bains de soleil, table extérieure et barbecue . Un cadre idéal pour se détendre . A 3km de la plage et du centre historique de Montpellier, maison lumineuse plein Sud pouvant accueillir 4 personnes uniquement (2 lits double 140x190 ). Les visiteurs ne sont pas admis. Par mesure d’hygiène pas d’ animaux. Aucun aménagement extérieur complémentaire ni événement n’est autorisé .(bruit,cortège.)

« La tour de Maléo » c’est notre maison de chevaliers! Un coup de cœur que je souhaite vous faire découvrir. Atypique , des pierres, des poutres et beaucoup d’escaliers ! Le séjour est sous une grande voûte en pierres du Xlleme siècle, vestige du château. Commerces à proximité. La mer est à 5 kms. Les couchers de soleil et flamands roses sont tout proches. Nombreuses balades entre mer et garrigue. Draps non fournis, disponibles sur demande à 5 euros par lit. Serviettes de bain à disposition

Dépaysement garanti dans notre agréable maison au bord de l’eau. Elle dispose de 3 chambres, d’un séjour climatisé et de 2 places de parking privatives. Située à 15 mn à pied des plages de Carnon, elle bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié entre mer et nature. Profitez d’une magnifique vue sur l’étang de Pérols, aussi appelé étang du Méjean. Balades à pied ou à vélo, jogging, observation des flamants roses et de nombreux oiseaux d’eau, L’endroit parfait pour des vacances ou un séjour pro.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.

The Cabanon is a great base to discover the surroundings: Balaruc, Mèze, Marseillan, Pézenas, Montpellier, Narbonne... and the hinterland.
