Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor, completely refurbished, will make you fall in love. As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140 x 190 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.

"La Cabane" cottage for 2 people

"La cabane" is a fully equipped cottage for your comfort. Ideal for 2 people - bed 160 x 200 cm, it is the promise of a stay in the heart of nature, in peace. Studio with sleeping area, private shower room with toilet, a fitted kitchen open to a small living room (filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine). "La Cabane" belongs to a set of comfortable cottages with a shared swimming pool in the middle of nature.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
