This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

Saba’s place was great for our trip. It is centrally located and close to Dubai mall. Check in was smooth thanks to their help and was very responsive to the queries. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Dubai.

We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travel in

Sem dúvidas, a melhor vista de Dubai! Já estive em Dubai oito vezes e sempre fico em apartamentos muito bonitos, com vistas incríveis. Mas esse superou todos. Estou completamente encantada. Fiquei tão apaixonada que já reservei para voltar em alguns dias. Tudo é perfeito, sem defeitos. Se eu pudesse escolher um lugar para morar em Dubai, seria exatamente neste apartamento. Como se a vista da sacada já não fosse surpreendente, a do quarto consegue ser ainda melhor. Dormir e acordar olhando diretamente para o Burj Khalifa e toda aquela paisagem deslumbrante foi, pra mim, uma experiência inesquecível. Desde o momento em que entrei no apartamento, me emocionei, é realmente de tirar o fôlego. Sem dúvida, está no meu Top 5 dos melhores apartamentos em que já me hospedei na vida. Sadath was a very attentive host, open and ready to help with any issues. The appartment is well presented and very comfortable.

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

Det var en veldig kul opplevelse å bo i leiligheten foran Burj Khalifa. Det var en veldig bra kommunikasjon med teamet. Jeg setter pris på hvor raskt det var å få kontakt med SmartStay. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

المكان ذو اطلاله جميله ومبهره على برج خليفه والشقه نظيفه ويوجد بها غساله ملابس وأجهزه بالمطبخ وألوان الأثاث كان هادئ ورايق احببت هاذا المكان واريد العوده مع العائله قريبا

Ich bin seit 3 Monaten in Dubai und war schon in 11 verschiedenen RBnB Unterkünften. Das zweite mal war ich jetzt bei Ferhat in einem seiner Unterkünfte und muss gestehen, dieser Mann weiß genau was er tut. Alles was er macht, macht er mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft, welcher sich in seinen Appartements widerspiegelt. Er achtet auf viele Details, welche den Gast rundum zufrieden und glücklich stellen. Ich habe mich in dem komplett neurenovierten Appartement sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und würde in Zukunft jedes seiner Appartements blind anmieten und immer wiederkommen 👌

Everything was perfect

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement proposé par Quxa Properties. L’appartement était tout simplement sublime, parfaitement propre, bien décoré et très confortable. Mais ce qui m’a le plus marqué, c’est la vue imprenable sur le Burj Khalifa – absolument incroyable, surtout le soir ! Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement à tous ceux qui veulent vivre une expérience unique à Dubaï. Note : 5/5
