Everything was impeccable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. You get beautiful views from the apartment and the rooftop pool. The location is great, close to a bunch of restaurants etc Frank and as extremely helpful. When I messaged him about a small situation, he took care of it right away. Additionally check-in and check-out was flawless. I would highly recommend staying there and I hope I’ll get to go again at some point.

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

Sadath’s place is very nice, located in building with astonishing views of Burj Khalifa. Everything was comfortable and the host was responsive at all times. Highly recommended!

The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. The place has a beautiful and dazzling view of Khalifa Tower and the apartment is clean and has a washing machine and appliances in the kitchen and the colors of the furniture were calm and elegant. I liked this place and I want to return with the family soon

Overall great stay, don’t hesitate to book. What stood out: 1. Location is amazing and the views from the unit are worth spending a few nights here. 2. Amenities are impeccable. You share the same amenities as the guests of a 5 star hotel. Be sure to check out the pool club. 3. Unit is very well designed and you’ll feel right at home. Will definitely come back here.

This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. The place was amazing, Ruslan's instructions were excellent and the car parking a breeze. The area is incredible with Time Out Market just over the way and the Burj and stuff right on the doorstep. The apartment was pristine, amazing bed with bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Amazing views from the balcony and access to pool and gym easy to find, there is also a games room, steam room there too. Take three plus nights as its so nice to potter around the area and in the apartment rather than just an overnight stay. We will be booking again in the winter breaks for sure and will always use the place for any family that visit. Thank YOU !!!

Everything was perfect

We have been to Dubai a few times and we liked Airbnb very much. We wanted to go to the city this time, too, then of course there is more going on. It's quieter on the palm tree. We were very satisfied with the apartment and the pool was awesome, the staff very friendly and helpful. The gym had some old equipment but that wasn't the most important thing on holiday 😉 we'd love to come back.
