Great stay ! Very close to everything !

This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

Everything was very excellent and the best of all, the host Mohammed was wonderful and quick to respond before and during arrival and available at all times. Very grateful and sure we will repeat the experience

Saba’s place was great for our trip. It is centrally located and close to Dubai mall. Check in was smooth thanks to their help and was very responsive to the queries. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Dubai.

We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travel in

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

It was a very cool experience to stay in the apartment in front of Burj Khalifa. There was very good communication with the team. I appreciate how quickly I was able to get in touch with SmartStay. Would highly recommend!

Best place and best host

The place has a beautiful and dazzling view of Khalifa Tower and the apartment is clean and has a washing machine and appliances in the kitchen and the colors of the furniture were calm and elegant. I liked this place and I want to return with the family soon

Good and friendly Personal in building, Dubai mall 20min by feet, 6min by e-scooter away. you have a parking lot for your car and in kitchen was as it described. Pooluse and Gym also for free.

Really lovely apartment. Nice and clean. Comfy beds. Brilliant location to walk to the restaurants across the harbour. Lovely up and coming area.

Everything was perfect

All went well from day of arrival till leaving the apartment. Had delays on my flight but check-in was as easy as it can get. Views as described. Was nice swimming in the pool and looking through the skyline. Communication always on point. Will book again on my next stay☺️
