If you are a wanderer, we have local restaurants and coffee spots just a few steps away. I have put a lot of work and love to my apartment so I expect guests to appreciate and respect it as if it were their own, this includes my neighbors. NO parties, smoking, yelling or loud noises allowed, quiet time after 10pm.

This cozy apartment is centrally located in front of a peaceful park in Luchetti Street, Condado. It has 2 A/C units and Wifi.
