Kia was responsive and helpful even when we arrived rather late at night. The property was clean and cozy. The neighborhood looked a little rough, but everybody we met was friendly and and we felt safe when out walking around. I would stay here again if we return to San Juan.

Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

the condo is beautiful and very clean, great quality furniture and the a\c work great, even tho the climate out side is very hot the condo stayed cool, bathroom is spacious and the bath tube is bigger then a average one so you have a lot of room to move around, leaving room has very nice comfortable couches that will make u want to take a nap, TV is the perfect size and the Internet speed is great no lagging at all, kitchen has everything you need to make pots, pan, plates, utensils, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap and sponge, I felt really safe in the condo and would recommend

My daughter and I had a girls trip to celebrate her high school graduation. Marta was a prompt host, the room was exactly as advertised, and the VIEW was top notch. The building itself from the outside is very unremarkable but the room was amazing! Excellent water pressure for the shower, cold AC, hot water. Excellent location to T-Mobile district and to the beaches. The best part was hearing the coqui . Well worth the price and WILL be booking with Marta again. We LOVED our booking with her.

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Great location! Would recommend for a 4 day stay. Walkable to the beach, La Placita, and short Uber rides away to T Mobile Centro & Viejo San Juan. I recommend staying here if you are not looking to have a rental. Walmart is also a short walk away!

Good location to be in. Many things to do with 5-10 min away I’ll be back

- Prime location, especially if you are wanting to be part of the night life all while not having to Uber. Walmart 10 minute walk - Clean space - Felt safe in and outside the property - If you rent a car (which I suggest) parking can be a little challenging at night due to the nightlife, but you’ll still find parking within 2-3 blocks - enough space for the 2 of us - Great place if you visit PR!

Cute, homey apartment – perfect for two! This was a last-minute booking due to unexpected circumstances, but Eddy was incredibly generous, accommodating, and communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything so much easier. The place itself was clean, cozy, and just what we needed. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and smooth experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you so much, Eddy!

Lovely place. I found the kiving room a bit warm. I lived about 20 years in Old San Juan, and moved to a city nearby years ago. So it was nice to return to my hometown. Sara was great, she communicated whenever I needed information and the place was just as described. One note that had nothing to do with our host but it is important to note because I keep seeing people from the states move to Old San Juan and accept dead silence... On our first night, one neighbors woke us up while yelling at another (we guess they were annoyed with another guest staying at an Airbnb) so we went downstairs and talked for a bit after being woken up abruptly then 15 mins later a middle-aged blonde lady knocked on the window then on our door and asked us to be quiet. I have lived in Old San Juan all my life, and it happens. It’s a city. You don’t go around knocking on people’s doors/yelling at neighbors. If you want silence, stay in the mountains isolated its beautiful there too.

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I really enjoyed my stay at Luis’ Airbnb! The space was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot tub; it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Luis was a great host and made sure all of our needs were met. I also loved blow it was so close to the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

Just as indicated perfect stay with kids and wife beatiful patio with exelent view. Super clean and comfortable.jhensen was always very responsive in case we needed any help we even added an aditional day. Would stay again in ant moment. Great place!

Very nice place to stay

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved it, second time staying.

Our AB&B experience was fantastic. it was conveniently located on a main tourist strip near great restaurants and souvenirs shops. With a 3 year old we felt safe to walk around at night to grab a quick bite to eat. The police were patrolling with a car on the main road in front of our building to keep traffic moving and make a presence felt. The beach was a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool at night before bed time. Overall the unit had everything we needed. The location was perfect to go sightseeing for a day in old San juan. It was close to the airport for a short trip. Most importantly it was a great access point to drive to Rio grande on the new route 66 to visit family. Our Puerto Rico trip was short and sweet. We loved going back to the unit after our day trips. Cold AC, and hot water to shower in a super clean environment. It was the perfect location. We would highly recommend this location and would definitely return here in the future. Thank you so much Fernando y Ismari! ❤️
