All major attractions are 10-15 minutes away by car. Your private floor is on the lower level. I sleep/work on the upper level.

Our cozy studio-style guest house perched above a tree-filled canyon is a serene getaway in the center of San Diego, just a few minutes' drive to all local attractions and most of our other institutions (colleges, universities, hospitals). The casita is comfortable for two or a small family, with full kitchen capacity to prepare at-home meals. Our weather here is temperate, but if the weather gets hot, we have a silent mini-split A/C unit to cool the casita as needed.
