Welcome to Secoya House, our bright 2 bed/ 1 bath Spanish bungalow in North Park, San Diego. Located near the Zoo and Balboa Park, with excellent restaurants and craft breweries nearby. It's just a 10 min drive to the Gaslamp District and a 15 min drive to various beaches. Whether you're coming to San Diego for a family trip to the Zoo, a craft brewery excursion, a sun-filled beach weekend, or you just want a peaceful & comfortable getaway, Secoya House is your perfect home away from home.

This house is a great way to relax when you taking a break from touring the city. The kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig coffee, plates and sink. The backyard has a ping pong and fire pit table. The game room has a pool table. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with families and it's very safe. It's not an area you walk around in to visit coffee shops. All major attractions are 10-15 minutes away by car. Your private floor is on the lower level. I sleep/work on the upper level.

Welcome to my 2 bedroom 1 bath Serenity House. This home sits between 2 quiet cul da sacs in the centrally located area of Bayho, just above Pacific Beach and one exit east of La Jolla. It has a whole house water filtration system and is completely detached, just 27 steps below the main house, yielding an exceptionally quiet, canyonesque feel. All furniture, including mattresses were purchased new for this property.
