Perfect beach escape! Just a few steps from the sand and you can hear the waves from the doorstep. Super relaxing spot with everything you need, and the location couldn’t be better!

Highly recommend this hidden gem. It’s nestled on a quiet street, just a 5-min walk to the Lake & Warilla beach. The place was is so neat & easy to maintain. Anthony was extremely generous & filled the fridge with milk, juice, yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese + a massive tray full of snacks, more bread, ice-cream in the freezer, fancy coffee pods + instant coffee which we prefer, kitchen paper, tissue boxes, ample toilet paper. Lots of cooking dishes, utensils, crockery & cutlery, everything in excellent condition. Beautiful TVs in the living room & bedroom. Excellent aircon in the dining room/kitchen, beautiful ceiling fan in the bedroom + an excellent pedestal sunbeam quiet fan in the living room. So many beach towels & bath towels, massive bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner, good cleaning products in the kitchen. Anthony was extremely responsive when my husband sustained some deep skin abrasions & gave us antiseptic solution + application buds. Loved & enjoyed staying here. ❤️

Our stay at Joe’s place was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we walked in, we felt an instant sense of comfort and calm. The space was spotless, beautifully styled, and had thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to that peaceful setting was the highlight of our trip.
