Our industrial-style loft (NOT IN ZTL) is ideal for those looking for a comfortable stay in the historic center of Ravenna. A short walk from UNESCO heritage monuments, this open-concept space offers a modern and welcoming atmosphere. "Casa Adriana", an independent, practical and well-kept apartment, for those who wish to stay in absolute privacy at the beginning of the historic centre: twenty minutes walk from the famous Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore, three hundred meters from the Central Train Station and from the bus station. Easy to get to by car because it is not in a restricted traffic area, and has a private indoor garage. "Casa Adriana" is perfect for all travelers with or without a car, who seek comfort and privacy.

Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

If you want to visit the most beautiful cities and characteristic areas of Tuscany, you can reach them in 1/3 hours by car

Garden suite with amazing river views

This property is set in an and peaceful garden with stunning views of the river. There is a modern industrial kitchen leading into a lounge area with views. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
