Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

There are 27 stairs to climb so you also get a work out.

Luxury Downtown Historic Loft #4

**** All Airbnb fees included in price. Beautiful loft in Kearney's original Masonic Temple built in 1913. The entire building was restored in 2020. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, bars and The World Theatre. Public parking within a block of the loft. Enjoy our historic downtown. This is in an active downtown, as such please expect a certain amount of noise, especially on the weekends. Nest:Space coworking is in the same building if you need to get some work completed.

This beautiful home has been fully remodeled with loads of character. Located in the center of town, guests have easy access to all of Kearney. The cozy backyard with a privacy fence features a hot tub, seating area, and outdoor griddle. The custom table and countertops made from 125 year old lumber provide a rustic feel in a modern living space. Everything in the house is new: flooring, cabinets, appliances, furniture, etc. The attached 2-car garage is available for guests.
