Hello to our cozy, fully equipped apartment. This is newly renovated and newly furnished and quietly located. In the village, you will find a bakery, butcher and an inn. In the neighboring village there are more shopping facilities. The Altmühl Valley Cycle Path is a few 100 m away. Distance to Ingolstadt (about 25 km) Distance to Kelheim (about 30 km) Distance to Regensburg (about 56 km) Distance to Riedenburg (about 16 km) There are some attractions in the surrounding area.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Ingolstadt (Old Town, a former bakery house)

Apartment is on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . Apartment is decorated in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Nearby outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medical and museum of concrete art). Audi AG plant not far. The guest is welcomed and guided, help at any time possible from neighboring rooms.

Twin room with private bathroom (washbasin, shower, WC) and double bed. No kitchen. There are two chairs and a table in the room. In the summer months you can take a seat under the chestnut trees in our guest garden. This is accessible via the house entrance. In the morning in the shade and in the evening in the sun.

Beautiful, modern furnished apartment, located on the edge of the Altmühltal vacation region. Via the A9, you are in Ingolstadt in 20 - 30 minutes. There is a spacious, very well equipped kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment is pet and smoking free.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
