What a perfect stay in Balmaha, I wish we could stay forever! Fiona's place is beautiful, all the amenities, fit our family of 4 with space left to spare.

A lovely stay at Gordon’s lodge. The place was very clean and communication with the host was excellent. Gordon left several lovely treats to enjoy such as Prosecco and games to play in the evening. Would definitely recommend to others!!

We chose this property specifically for a quiet few days to recharge after driving from London to Edinburgh for a family wedding. We were not dissapointed as the property was clean, comfortable and very cosy and homely - perfect for a few days R&R. Ross communicated all we needed before we arrived and we were able to let ourselves in at our convenience. We have a horse ourselves so my daughter was delighted to see horses in the field bordering our garden fence and felt quite at home. The property was perfect for the peace and quiet we were looking for. We did venture out once to nearby Balmaha, just 5-10minutes drive, and found that we could take a boat trip across Loch Lomond to Luss, a pretty village with few shops and eateries. It was lovely to see some of the local area before the long drive back home but the peaceful location and homliness of the property was the highlight and it was far better value that local Hotels or similar. Would highly recommend.

We had an wonderful stay at But n’Ben! Debs was a polite and responsive host. The place was spotless, and the cosy feel and mountain views from the terrace far exceeded our expectations! It’s close to all the main attractions and was easy to get to great restaurants and coffee shops! Would definitely return if in the area again.
