Monthly Rentals in Milner

The house is nice and spacious! We loved grilling on the porch and playing games in the huge backyard!

Awesome stay just a few minutes outside of town. I would definitely stay here again when back in Steamboat

This is a great place to stay. No air conditioning but we found that even though temps were in the 80’s it wasn’t needed. Lots of shade around the condo plus not directly facing east or west. We opened the windows before bed and it was a perfect temp in there all the time. It was very clean too with nice furniture and linens. A well kept property. Tim was very responsive and courteous. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This spot was super convenient for pulling a trailer around without the hassle of navigating through town. We chose to stay at the base of the mountain to easily enjoy downtown nightlife, which was just a quick 15-minute drive from Steamboat. The ‘shack’ exceeded expectations with an amazing mudroom, complete with plenty of glove and boot warmers to dry out all our gear. While the living area was a bit tight but cozy, it worked perfectly for the five of us for a short 5 day getaway.”
