Everything was great!

The house was as described and in a wonderful location to see the area. Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, bus stop, and train stop. The lake was perfect for swimming and the views of the lake were stunning. Hiking was also accessable from the BnB doorstep. Markus was very accommodating and helpful. He provided recommendations for us and was attentive to our needs. We would absolutely like to stay here again!

We loved this place, it is so warm and charming, also, very close to lake Jasna or Laghi di Fusine in Italy. I recommend Maša’s apartment!

Arrived and felt right at home! The house is superbly divided and the rooms are functionally furnished. Heidi replaced a mattress that was no longer good within a day. It's great that we were allowed to use everything. We almost inflated the bike. Because there is only one bathroom and toilet on the first floor, you could often hear the stairs creaking loudly at night. For us house dust allergy sufferers, the many carpets, upholstery and pillows are not optimal, next time we will take medication, because we would very much like to come back. Many thanks also for the very friendly welcome and great hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay! Anneliese was very friendly and accommodating. The house provided ample space for our group of 10 people, exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and also well suited for larger people. Only the kitchen equipment was a bit spartan, but this did not affect our stay. We will be happy to come back!

The house is located in a village/campsite just a short walk from Lake Pressegger. Inside, in addition to the pool, there is a children's play area and a restaurant that also prepares great takeaway food. With an app you can order baked goods such as bread, brioches, etc... and find them in the morning in a common room. Access to a nearby spa is also included, and a card with which you can do many free activities, especially with kids/kids. The house was perfect for us (6 people) with a kitchen complete with everything and a nice porch where you can eat outdoors. Lake Pressegger is beautiful and very relaxing with a very well-equipped public beach. You can reach Villach in just over half anhour. We had a nice vacation, but to fully enjoy the place you have to stay much longer than the three days we were able to do!

Even though the place is small, everything is there and well packed. There are a lot of walking paths, ski gondola is only 15 minutes away... I can recommend it.

We had a great stay at this house. It's a very beautiful location next to Lake Jasna, its very traditional house although the bathroom is very modern. Having a sauna was an extra bonus Kranjska Gora were only 20 mins scenic walk away. There is so much to do in this location. Highly recommended.

Patricia was very helpful and kind! There were 5 of us and we had a great time, the house is 70s style but has everything you need, the outside is a large garden with a ping pong table, swing and lounger, there is also a porch where you can eat outside! Everything was clean and tidy, the only thing was the bathroom was a little uncomfortable as the bathtub was very small and therefore uncomfortable but otherwise everything was perfect! There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine! Really everything you needed to feel at home

The place was just perfect. House is tiny but as comfy as it can be. It's the last house in a village so there is literally no one around, just pure nature and mountins surrounding a huge yard. There is even a little hidden waterfall just behing the house in a forest. House had everything we needed and it is really well equipped. Jernej was also really helpful and a great host, he met us there with fire going in an oven inside so it was already warmed up and he even gave us a carton of eggs for breakfast! Also, pictures cant justify how beautiful the whole place is. Also the place is dog friendly and our dogs enjoyed it very much. We would definitely like to book the place again.

Highlights of the stay were the private lake access, the large garden, which is ideal for families or groups with a dog and the very good location to be a little active on vacation (e.g. hiking on the Nassfeld). For larger groups, it is recommended to book the whole place, as there are 3 residential units in the house, but the garden must be shared. In addition, the very friendly welcome and helpfulness must be highlighted by the property manager. All in all, the place left a positive impression on my friends and I.

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

Our stay was great, everything we possibly needed and more was available at accommodation, very close to the lake and walking distance to Velden where you can find many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful stay in one of our favourite places in the world. Tom was an excellent host, extremely responsive and quick to help remedy a couple of issues we had. We would recommend here for anyone wanting a lovely getaway to beautiful Bohinj.

Perfect location with alpine views on the balcony. Quick walk to everything! Bed could have been comfier.

Sisters Simenc was wonderful. I liked the balance of being close enough to walk into town, but far enough away there wasn’t a lot of traffic. There’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer to cut down on walking. We had a number of activities planned, and several of them were less than 10 minutes from the apartment (bike rental, boat rental, grocery store, restaurants). A couple of our plans required meeting at the main bus stop, which is either a lovely walk along the lake or a short bus trip (parking in Bled hard to find). Boris and Tatiana were very friendly, loaned us beach towels and made fresh bread almost every day and offered us some produce from their garden! The apartment was very clean and cozy, amazing water pressure in the shower, and we enjoyed cooling off in the air conditioning on hot days. We didn’t cook a lot, but for 2 people, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had the very best time and our accommodations were part of what made our trip so enjoyable!

We recently stayed in this great accommodation for a week. We wanted for nothing, it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed the area. On our arrival we were greeted in a super friendly and hospitable manner and were given lots of recommendations for possible activities. This was definitely not our last time here.

the location is outstanding if you like nature and the outdoors. Barbara is great host and has a beautiful house with a wonderful garden. there is lots to do in the region and for convenience there is a nice restaurant 30 meters away.

Great location! Walkable to bled lake photo point (Ojstrica) and local store. The location is very quiet and peaceful!!!
