The house is between the A78 road and the Fairlie moors, where you can find walking and cycling routes with outstanding views of the Clyde coast. Silverbank, built by Captain Patterson in 1770 has been fully refurbished over the past two years. It commands a prominent position in the town of Whiting Bay with its long sweeping lawn to the front. A newly installed deck to the front and 7 person hot tub has recently been installed May ‘24.
