What an amazing stay! Beautiful home and great host. Plenty of space to relax and also more than enough to entertain the kids, We also had a great day at the community resort.

This house is extremely charming and was a lovely place for us to stay while we were visiting the theme parks especially Universal Studios in Orlando. The house is very updated and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The pool was a wonderful way to relax after a full day of theme park walking. Everything was easily local, including grocery store, stores and places to eat out. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this location if you intend to visit the theme parks in Orlando Florida. This house is conveniently nestled in a very nice neighborhood.

We are locals and rented this amazing house to stay with out-of-state friends for my husband’s 50th birthday weekend! It was the perfect place to hang and relax in a beautiful area. We rented golf carts for the short drive to downtown Winter Garden and Plant Street Market for food and drinks. William was so helpful to make it a perfect weekend!

Absolutely loved staying here. Home was decorated beautifully. Had everything we needed during our stay. Close to attractions, restaurants , and grocery stores. Beds and blankets comfortable. We will stay here again in the future. Great communication with host.

This was a fabulous house. The themed rooms were so much fun. Each room was so carefully and wonderfully decorated. From the cloud room to the camp room to the avatar room. The game room was a blast with its bunk house and slide and movie projector screen. The pool and outdoor area was great to hang out. And the kitchen had everything you could need. We had such an amazing time. Plus our host, Tati, was so accommodating and great to work with. Definitley the best house to stay at.

This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

We comfortably slept 14 people in beds! We appreciated the 6 bathrooms with showers! The theatre room was enjoyed by all the teens and a few adults too! The games room was great!!! We enjoyed the clubhouse before check in but there was so much to do at the house that we never went back or to the smaller one. I appreciated that the bare minimum was expected at check out since we had a very early flight. I would recommend Rodrigo’s place and stay here again.

Fantastic location if you want to be close to Universal Studios and great restaurants in Orlando. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb is definitely one we will keep in rotation. With an elderly in-law, we needed a place with a fourth bedroom. The bonus was the pool and we took full advantage of that just to relax and enjoy. Everything we needed was close by and easy to get to. All in all the hosts home felt like home. We hope to stay again in the future.

It is always great to find a local AirBnB for an area where the home is great and the hosts are even better. We loved our stay here and wish we had more time. Thank you so much for having us.

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect for our family of 7 and our small dogs! Beautiful house and we enjoyed the pool!

Our kids and family loved the house ! Pool was nice size that over looked the lake was the best part. It close to Disney about 15-20 mins . House was huge 6 bedrooms and every bedroom had a bathroom . We will hopefully come back again

Kimberly’s townhome was absolutely perfect. It was immaculately clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire place was peaceful and quiet. The location was excellent and exactly as described, just like the photos. We did not want to drive, so we took Uber to Magic Kingdom, and the location made it a quick and inexpensive ride straight to the park entrance. Kimberly was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and check in could not have been easier. We truly enjoyed our time here and plan to stay again for a much longer visit next time. Highly recommend.

Booked for our son’s graduation from Full Sail University and we had the best stay! The property is set up perfectly for a medium sized group, with lots of places to gather and relax. We enjoyed fishing from the dock (caught a few small bass!) chillin in the speak easy and hot tub, and gathering in the large kitchen and great room playing cards and cooking together. We enjoyed eating little peaches off the tree, and even gathered a few mangos! Overall a wonderful place to relax and celebrate.

This is a lovely house with different gathering areas, perfect for various activities at the same time. We played guitar in the "bar" area without disturbing someone watching a movie in the living room. Then there's the wonderful screened pool area, refreshing pool, and my doggies loved the big, grassy, fenced yard. Universal and Disney are easy and affordable Uber rides (and usually less expensive than the parking fees). The beds are quite comfortable and the linens are high quality. The kitchen has everything you need and some equipment you hadn't realized that you need. The washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. Plenty of parking space; neighborhood feels very safe. This was a wonderful home for our vacation!

First of all, the host is WONDERFUL. She was very responsive and even followed up after the first night to make sure everything was okay. There was ample space for our whole family.

Great location and amenities. Our visit was focused on going to Universal and a day at Disney. We had a rental car and found it very easy to travel to both locations. We also enjoyed having the pool. There were 5 of us in the house (girls trip). The one bathroom is in the mater bedroom, so my sister and I ended up sharing that room and my 3 friends took the other 3 rooms and shared the hall bath. Overall the house had what we needed and was a great space for us to hang out. We did have to trade pillows to find ones that worked for us and we did buy bottled water due to the taste of FL water.

My family loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful home! The host communicated as soon as we booked our trip up until the day we left. The house is equipped with almost everything you need. We can’t wait to visit again.

This home is gorgeous and had plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out. Emma and Rene are so friendly and were very quick to respond with any questions or needs we had during our trip. We loved the close proximity to the main clubhouse and pool/lazy river area - it’s just about a blocks walk. We felt very safe as well. We loved all the amenities and thoughtful touches for children - like the step stools in each bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing stay! We visited for my sister’s graduation, and this home was perfect for quality family time. We lounged by the pool, shared dinner at the outdoor table, and truly enjoyed the relaxing and fun atmosphere. With four of us, there was still plenty of space to unwind and enjoy some personal time. Highly recommend!

This house was amazing! It was even more beautiful in person. It had everything we needed. and more. The heated pool was a hit with the family. The house and property are extremely well-maintained and clean. The location is close to so many stores, restaurants, and attractions. Brett was kind enough to check in on us via messaging during our stay. We would definitely like to stay here again the next time we come to Florida. Awesome hosts!
