Eddie's little house was very nice and pleasant. We felt like on holidays at our grandmother's place with a countryside atmosphere and beautiful views. Everything was comfortable, clean, the house is well equipped with all necessities.

What a place for a weekend stay. The views are incredible and there is so much to see and do around where the house is placed. The hosts were incredible and very welcoming. Very easy to talk to if you needed something and very chatty. I would definitely recommend this Air B and B if you are looking for a quiet little getaway with your partner.

We loved our stay at The Annexe! It’s a beautiful place with all facilities you could need for a short stay. It was lovely and clean and the little extras - bread, milk etc were really appreciated. The use of the spa was a nice bonus! The village of Braithwaite is beautiful and it’s an easy walk into Keswick too. Would definitely recommend

We had a great stay, definitely helped by the weather. Bassenthwaite is a great location to explore lots of the northern and western lakes and tick off more wainwrights for us. We had a lovely meal at the village pub just around the corner and enjoyed sitting by the stream. The place is very homely and has a very well equipped kitchen to self cater. We’d definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay
