Comfortable, quiet, detached studio apartment in the center.

As of June 2024, I have created this listing for my home in Milas. My apartment is the guest room of the old Milas house. It offers ease of transportation with its staircase-free, independent entrance and convenience of use in the center with its large courtyard. We are ideally located for a stay in the center of Milas. You can visit Baltalı Kapı, Uzunyuva, Gümüşkesen with short walks. Easy access to public transportation We are an animal friendly family. Our dog Kara is just as cute as our cats.

Eda’s Bodrum Cosy Apartment with Garden

I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. Just a few steps up from the trendy Bodrum marina this special haven provides style, comfort and convenience to discover and enjoy Bodrum. Take a short walk along the harbour for a trip on a boat or to the bustling city center for shopping, people watching. The bus stop and taxi rank are just outside helping you to discover further afield. Bardakçi beach hidden up the road or go back in time along the Myndos walk way and explore all the ancient history and archaeological sites around locally.

Quiet family villa with private pool

Enjoy a stay inside the secluded walls of Villa Zeytin, home to a private pool and delightful garden. The covered terrace is ideal for barbecues and AL-fresco dining with another comfortable seating area overlooking the pool and garden. The location of the villa makes it ideal to visit all of the Bodrum Peninsula with a local bus route nearby, a short drive takes you to the town of Bodrum or the nearby resort of Bitez. Renovated December 2022 the villa now has a larger living room and Sauna!

Bodrum sonbahar da daha güzel :) Bodrum’un kalabalığından ve gürültüsünden uzak aynı zamanda yanıbaşında. Yürüyerek denize 7, market ve tekel bayine 5, Restaurantlara 7-20 dakika. Bodrum’a araç ile 16, havalimanına 15 dakika. Bodrum’a 30 dakikada bir dolmuş. Ormanının yanı başında. İçinde tavuklarımızın, kedilerin, kuşların, meyve ağaçları, sebze, meyvelerin olduğu ferah bahçe içinde, aile ve bekarlar için uygun klimalı 3-4 kişilik ev. Tertemiz deniz, çocuklara uygun mavi bayraklı plaj-deniz.
