A cute house very close to the sea... The house is in Zergülkent Sitesi, Bogazici, Milas. You can walk to 2 different beautiful beaches in 5 min. It is around 35 min drive to the Bodrum Center, 25 min to Milas and 20 min to Bodrum Airport. We have grocery stores in 5-10 min drive. Our house has 3 floors with different entrances. We are renting 2 of the flats. This is the first floor. We are mostly present on the middle floor and we try our best for your comfort and wellbeing. See you:)

For peace and tranquility return to the villa for a refreshing dip in the private pool (7.5m x 3.5m) or head for the beaches just 10 minutes walk away. Bodrum castle is a spectacular sight lighting up the evening sky. Local buses (Dolmus) pass by frequently and there is a taxi rank close by at the Manastir Hotel. Enjoy the pool side lounging area.

If you want to enjoy the night away from the city, with the sound of the sea and the wind, reading, walking and sunset views, your desire will come true. Our fully comfortable house for 2 people is also a comfortable suite room for 4 people. Being within walking distance to the sea provides extra convenience. We will be happy to welcome those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday, the sea (at a temperature that can be comfortably entered in October) and the view until the end of October.

This stunning and spacious 3 bedroom house is set in a quiet seaside village with amazing ocean and sunset views. The house is very stylishly designed with top fittings and furnishings. The pool gets lots of sun all day and the beach is a short walk away. Bodrum airport is just 15min drive from the house. Please note that during Winter the pool will not be in use & there may be very minor house construction noise within 100m of the house between the end of October and the end of May.

Our house is 100 meters from the sea in Bodrum Milas Bosphorus. You can reach the center of Bodrum in 30 minutes by car. It is a hygienic apartment with its own beach, in-site shuttle service, sports field and full sea view. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes without a car. 2. Our 1+1 apartment on the floor has a double bed and 2 sofa beds. It is close to the airport,grocery store, market. You can enjoy the sunset on the balcony. WiFi is available.🐱🐶PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
