It's a place where time like that passes. A gas grill is provided for BBQ. Please purchase food and beverages at supermarkets or other stores on the island. Spending time outside around a fire naturally leads to conversation. As the entire building is rented out to one group per day, You can enjoy your stay at your own pace, without worrying about your surroundings. A sauna is also available (separate charge). Warm up and feel the breeze outside. Amidst this cycle, there are moments when you suddenly realise you are 'here and now'. Former traditional Japanese confectionery shop(Machiya house). Good access to the Tadanoumi port(about 10 minutes walk) and JR Tadanoumi station(2 minutes walk). You can take the ferry to Okunoshima(rabbit island) from the port. Near-by sightseeing spots: Mt.Kurotaki, Kaguya-hime museum, Preservation district of important historical buildings in Takehara city. Optional dinner is available at cafe area with extra charge. We are sorry but you will hear the noise from the cafe from 8am -11pm.
