The new 35 m² non-smoking apartment is located in a detached house, quietly located on the outskirts of Miesbach. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes. The living room is equipped with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a comfortable bathroom. A double bed 180 cm x 200 cm and a sofa bed, Ideal for 2-3 people or 2 adults with 2 children.

In the annex of our house, with a private entrance, the 16 sqm room is located in the rural-modern style. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is separated by a sliding door. My apartment is near Munich (45 km) and is within the so called "Oberland" upper land with its mountains and lakes. The apartment is cosy and light with a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bath room. Perfect for couples, singels, adventurers and also for business people.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
