Boat peace and space

The property is a camping pod. Normally you will find these only on campsites without a private bathroom. We offer these to incl. private bathroom, in the back of our spacious garden and equipped with every comfort. The bed is made up upon arrival, the towels are ready, as well as kitchen textiles. Your dog is also welcome (not suitable for 31 Dec). Dog can't stay alone for long in spring and summer due to quickly too hot. Charging electric car is not possible. Breakfast excl., but possible 7.50 pppn.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Open in May 2024; Peace, space, privacy and from 14:00 to sunset the sun on the terrace. Super fast 5G internet, soft bed (140x200cm) Bathroom with hand and rain shower, complete kitchen with 4-burner stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and an oven. Table with nice seating chairs for eating or working on. Two armchairs to relax and a terrace with chairs and table with phenomenally unobstructed views over the countryside with the Midwolder forest on the horizon.

Swimming water during the period May to September. Water slide and cable car over the water. The stay at Jan's was excellent! The communication was great, everything was explained well and described in advance. You have maximum privacy through the separate building, the accommodation was very clean, the bed comfortable and supermarkets are right on the doorstep. The BnB is located in a church, or is an adjoining room of it, so you can look at it at any time. That's something special, who can say they've slept in a church? 😌 Thank you Jan!

We stayed at the property in May, the garden is beautiful at this time of year, there was a lot of blooming wild garlic and all kinds of wild herbs. The trees were full of bloom. The garden is fantastic. For this reason alone, the accommodation is highly recommended.

Dear Guido, dear Jenny, dear kids, you are simply unique, attentive and very loving in many small details. The four-legged friends love you, for the ball🥎, the good treats and the extra towel for the dog🐕. The two-legged ones for the cool beer, the soda and the sweets 🍫 by the bed…. Simply unique as a host and even as a parcel 📦 recipient. We've left an extra charging cable, we'll be back. Thank you very much and have a wonderful Pentecost 🍀🌈🙏🏻😃

The three of us stayed in Esther's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything - dishes, etc., are available in sufficient quantity and quality. There's really nothing missing. For the first day and breakfast the fridge was stocked! We were welcomed with chilled sparkling wine. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen-living room, which is the center of the apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Appingedam, a very nice place and a good starting point for trips to Groningen or Leeuwarden. Highly recommend both. We highly recommend this property and Esther as a landlady.
