I stayed in this condo for month. I found it to be very comfortable in a friendly small condo community. I wanted to be close to Little Five Points to be able to enjoy places like Variety Playhouse, Candler Park and the restaurants in the area. This is a very walkable location. The property management team was excellent. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Enjoyed the stay!

This spot was perfect! Super clean, check-in was a breeze, and the location? Chef’s kiss. I was able to walk to a bunch of dope restaurants — South City Kitchen was a fave. The fried chicken and vibes were on point. I didn’t even need to drive the whole time I was there. The neighborhood had such a good energy. I was very, very happy with my stay and would 100% book again!

Andre's condo was perfect! It was clean and in a great location of Midtown, ATL. The condo's listing is very accurate to what you see in person. Parking was very easy. And if you have guests, trying to find street parking was very easy and always available. I worked from the condo, and the WIFI is strong enough to support video calls. Andre is very helpful and responsive if there's any questions or concerns. The only con I would say about this place is that the AC is a bit loud as other people have mentioned. However, I like a fan or sound machine noise when I sleep, so it didn't bother me. Andre does supply a sound machine for guests. Thank you Andre, I would definitely stay at your place again!
