Holiday rentals with a patio in Midland County

The day I booked this stay I was assaulted in the ear and put my finger in it, publicly, to alleviate the pain. When I arrived there was a Q-tip on an inside bedroom window sill, then another Q-tip left by my car. The floor smelled of fresh urine, as if whoever entered and placed that Q-tip also pissed by the entrance and in the bedroom. Exhausted, I stayed the two nights booked and left it cleaner than I found it. The windows were difficult to secure, and I hope no one entered through one of them while I slept. Items on the living room floor when I awoke suggested otherwise. I hope this is all at no fault of the host. Airbnbs in multifamily units left unlocked before arrival enable myriad sabotage. This can be standard operating procedure for covert operatives, who endeavor to convince targets that anyone will accept a bribe to hurt us. The space was immaculate. It looked recently painted and fresh. The staff were extremely responsive. My phone can't support the upgrade to airbnb and they helped me work around that issue.

First of all, WOW! This was such an incredible location with the most attentive and kind hosts. My partner and I stayed the weekend at The Hive and felt right at home before we even arrived. This space had everything we needed, was not cramped or cluttered, and was very clean! The location is great: Mt Pleasant, Alma, St Louis, and more less than 10 minutes away. The Hive is just outside of the town enough to feel private and homey, but you are still so close to so many great restaurants, activities, and shops. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. We had a bonfire one of the nights and the hosts were extremely friendly, accommodating, and kind in helping us. We had everything we needed and so much more. There is no doubt in our minds that we will book future stays at The Hive. 1000/10 recommend; LOVE IT. <3

Perfect location. Everything in walking distance. Great restaurants close by. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to Bay City.

This place was AMAZING! The old style Victorian alongside new updates made this place very comfy. My husband and I work out of town all winter. This was great for what we needed. Scot was fast to respond (more than myself) and very helpful. Definitely staying here again while in town next time! Thank you!

The Nest was super comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for a stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

My girlfriend and I were in from out of town for a wedding. This has our highest recommendation. Much better than any hotel, and great value. Very beautiful peaceful home and area. Beautiful fall colors. Very quiet, upscale neighborhood. Nature trails very close. 15 minute drive for everything you need to do in Midland. Close to Northwood. Family suite and upstairs bathroom very clean and comfortable. Hosts are very friendly, nice, respectful, and responsive. We will definitely stay here again on our way back to Midland.

Plenty of space for the four of us and our doodle. We had zero issues. The house is very close to all our errand needs, in a neighborhood tucked into plenty of beautiful trees and lush green landscaping. We saw deer while out driving around the area and wild turkey visited the backyard several times. The washer and dryer were speedy and convenient. Plenty of bedding for us all. A great stay for our time in the area.

This Airbnb is over the top clean, has so many extra's; kitchen fully stocked w/everything, spices, etc, great pans to cook with & dishes, silverware etc. The bathrooms were nice & clean w/shampoo, body wash, hand soaps, towels, tp. etc. She had a beautiful yummy cake & a welcome card for us, asking if we needed something, please let them know. The kindness Janna & David showed was a huge gift. Promise, you'll not be disappointed when staying at this Airbnb.

I enjoyed my stay and plan to stay again. It was comfortable, close to my job and very affordable.

Great place to stay for our trip to Dow Gardens. Our group of ladies was comfortable and there was enough space for all eight of us. The grill works, but only in the back. Just a heads up! Maybe bring your own pillow.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was incredibly convenient, close to the Loons stadium, shops, and restaurants. Communication was great, quick responses, and a smooth check-in process. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free, relaxing place to stay!

The amount of work that the hosts has put into this house is priceless. They put so much effort to make it look like how it was intended to be. It has been our intention to visit MCM houses as much as possible, and this house didn't disappoint. Having our family in attendance made the experience even more special. One kid said that he would like to build a house just like this. Julie and Matt thought of a lot of things to make our stay as relaxing and as enjoyable as it could be. We will definitely work with them again if we are ever in the area.
