You will be staying in a large, comfortable, older home in a beautiful, family friendly, neighborhood in the heart of Midland. We have 4 bedrooms with 2 full and 2 half baths, large eat in kitchen with a connected family room; living room, dining room, backyard deck with grill, and wooded lot. You will be about 5 minutes from our favorite restaurants, soccer complex, tennis center, country club, movie theater, shopping, Dow Gardens; and MidMichigan Medical Center;7 minutes to downtown Midland.

Peaceful and cozy, this one bed, one bath cabin sits on the edge of the woods on our private lake. Adjacent to state land between Midland and Mt Pleasant, our cabin offers a convenient, private, and peaceful getaway from the day's events. Unplug and take a walk along the lake, enjoy some fishing, paddleboarding, or a bonfire before turning in for the night. Enjoy a lake view from the main bedroom. Close the doors to the living room to create a second private sleeping area on the fold out couch.

Indoor Infinity Pool /Wine Barrel HotTub /Sun Room

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Updated! Peaceful, country setting, close to town

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

Cute, clean home in nice neighborhood of downtown Midland. Walking distance to Dow Gardens, Center for the Arts, the Tree Canopy, Main Street, 2 splash parks, Emerson Park, the Tridge. First floor living with kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs has three bedrooms and bathroom. Laundry in the basement. Lots of parks for young children nearby. Nice landscaped yard with fire pit. Large porch on front to enjoy the blossoming trees in spring and the shade in summer. Dog friendly.
