Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Midland County

This is, hands down, my favorite Air B&B that we have ever stayed in. I wish I could transport it to every city I visit! The hosts have thought of everything. The location is absolutely perfect for enjoying all that Midland has to offer. The way they have transformed this Midland historical building into a functional space, while still honoring its history, honestly brought me to tears. The pictures don’t do it justice. My husband could not stop talking about how comfortable the bed was! And the rainfall shower!! I wish we could have stayed for a month. Check in was super easy and their check out process was one of the easiest I have been asked to do. Forget the hotels and do yourself a favor and enjoy a beautiful part of Midland while you visit. We highly recommend!

Saira's place was perfect for our trip to Midland. The space is convenient to necessities as well as local attractions. We travel with service animals, and when the time of one of the meetings I needed to attend was changed to an hour earlier than regular check in. The request to check in early so the others and service animal wouldn't need to sit in the truck while attended the meeting was promptly approved.

Great dog friendly home! Home was very clean, and the location was so close to downtown. Will definitely stay again.

This was our second stay with Sue. It was just as fantastic as the first time. We had six people in our group. Her house is spacious, clean, and comfortable with tons of amenities. We had a wonderful time playing cards, the piano, and of course ping-pong. It's located close to all of the restaurants, stores, and expressway entrance ramps. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Zero complaints. Sue is a gracious, friendly, proactive host! We highly recommend Sue and her home and hope to stay again! ❤️

We had a great stay! My husband and I worked remotely from the house while our son was getting settled into town for a summer internship . The house was well-maintained and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked (we cooked a few meals) and the backyard was cute and fenced. One evening, we walked to the Tridge.

Great AirBnB, looked like photos, very well-maintained, clean, comfortable, great location (easily walkable to downtown Midland and Dow Gardens), responsive host. I noticed a prior user commented about the bathroom and the clawfoot tub, which I agree you should note if you have accessibility issues but my wife is 2 weeks out from a knee replacement and she managed OK. Two thumbs up. Definitely hope to stay here again.

Maple Haus was the perfect vacation home for us! It had everything we needed plus a small bathroom stash of small items 'just in case.' The host is outstanding in every way! House was sparkling clean and organized with labels. Neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice park across the street that our pup loved. Location is close to downtown (we drove) where we enjoyed several nice bars/breweries/restaurants, not a bad beer or meal from any. We had a great time--thanks so much Jamie!

What an adorable stay! I especially appreciated the decor in both bedrooms. Very well appointed (along with the exposed brick) and they thought of all the things to make it feel welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, lovely towels and linens, comfortable living room furniture to relax. It's in a perfect downtown location also. Walkable to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops. Aaron was very communicative and helpful also! Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed this quaint space. It was quiet, comfortable and walking distance to a few restaurants. We would stay again for sure!

This was my second time staying here and I have no complaints. The apartment is perfectly priced, and in a great location. I highly recommend it.

I spoke with Nancy when reserving my stay and she was fantastic- accommodating, responded very fast, and she was kind and friendly. The listing was just as it was described. It was clean and very comfortable. Minutes away from Soaring Eagle and CMU, lots of restaurants within driving distance. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect stay in a beautiful home and historic district. We were able to cook most nights and host family nearby as we were visiting from another state. Jason was responsive as I booked in advance and forgot about the instructions for the easy entry. I slept wonderfully and enjoyed two bathrooms. I forgot my phone inside after check out and Jason responded immediately and assisted me as we were on a schedule before flying out. Did not want to leave and plan to be back.

Our apartment at the Tanner Building was perfect for our stay. Conveniently located close to the river where there was a peaceful walking trail, it was also close to restaurants and shops, as well as the planetarium. The apartment was clean and was exactly as pictured. Donald had it well stocked with linens, dishes, and pots in case we wanted to cook in. There was a binder with a very complete listing of things to do, restaurants, and services in Bay City which made it very helpful for us. When we had a question while booking, Donald responded very quickly. If we come to Bay City in the future, I would definitely stay here.

Stayed for a softball tournament which we could walk to over the river using the bridge. Downtown night life was so fun and we were steps away! Clean space, weren’t there much but it was just what we needed.
