Spacious property and house under a mile to downtown Red Bank and 15 minutes to Sandy Hook, Sea Bright beaches and only 15 minutes to PNC Bank Arts Center. It has 4 large bedrooms, huge dining and living areas, 84” TV, two newly renovated full bathrooms, plus an office with a pull out couch. 1 block to a top rated NJ restaurant and 2 blocks to a local bakery/deli. Big yard space and patio with outdoor dining, fire pit, and yard games. Great for large groups and families. Plenty of parking.

Find yourself immersed in tranquility with all the comforts of home. The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they are a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
