Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

For day trips, Harrogate, York and Leeds are within easy reach as well as The Forbidden Corner, the Lightwater Valley Theme park and Masham with its brewery heritage.

Cosy Cabin on 20 Acre Private Estate - Deer Lodge

The Deer Lodge is one of three nearly identical lodges set in a quiet wooded corner of our 20 acre estate on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. There are no roads bordering the guest areas so expect a quiet and peaceful stay, surrounded by nature and away from it all! The lodge has no cooking facilities but has a fridge with icebox as well as a selection of tea & coffee. We have a cosy indoor BBQ hut available to book for the evening with all cooking tools & charcoal provided.

A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
