Clean modernised 100 year old cottage with oil central heating, double glazed recently decorated. Used for family visitors and holiday makers. Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Stunning 4 BDR converted church full of history

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Sleeping eight people comfortably. Three of the bedrooms have double beds. The master suite has a super king bed. All bedrooms have their own en-suites with full baths. The Old Methodist Church is located right on the Broadway and central to everything. A simple stroll to the Golf Club. This detached cottage is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000).
