Amber is an excellent, friendly and experienced host who helped make my getaway to the F1 Grand Prix an absolute winner. The apartment is very easy to find and the space is so enjoyable to come back to. Amber keeps the place in top condition, so the next person is sure to have the same excellent experience I did.

Great little apartment in a lovely Melbourne neighbourhood. The building itself is modest and unassuming, but it is in a fantastic location and very quiet. Perfect if you’re looking for a pleasant home base while exploring all Melbourne has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at 72 Patterson Street in Middle Park! The home was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located - just a short stroll from the beach and local cafes. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless and stress-free. They were quick to answer any questions and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxed stay in one of Melbourne’s best neighborhoods.

Lovely space to spend a long weekend in Melbourne. Close proximity to tram, restaurants and the beach. And a comfortable space to put your feet up to relax after sightseeing.

My stay here was great. I understand what some previous reviews mentioned about the noise with the tram stop being right outside but it didnt bother me. I appreciated the space, the convenience of a tram stop right outside and thought Neel did a wonderful job communicating with me throughout my stay. Thank you!!

Chris and Jenny’s place is absolutely spotless, well furnished and thoughtfully curated. The unit is in a great location that is super quiet and in walking distance to the beach, Albert Park cafes and number 1 tram. Chris and Jenny are lovely hosts and very responsive. We loved our stay and really appreciated the late checkout!

The apartment was lovely! Ideal location right on the beach and within walking distance of trams that take you straight into the CBD. Nic and Graci’s place was the perfect place to relax and was exactly what I needed during my stay. Would love to stay again!

We really loved our stay at Kirban’s place. He was a phenomenal host and very responsive and communicative throughout our month long stay. The location of his place was perfect for access to the beach and local shops in St. Kilda and having the tram right outside made getting into the CBD extremely easy. The Airbnb was well stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay and overall we felt it was great value for money and great experience. We look forward to coming back next year! Wonderful place in South Melbourne. You can't beat the location -- you can walk or tram anywhere from here. The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for. Great views from the balcony too. This was my second long-stay at David and Valerie's place and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Melbourne. Hosts are so helpful, flexible, and really make you feel at home. 5 stars all around!

The room was cozy, clean, and perfectly located, making it easy to get around. Alison was a wonderful host who went out of her way to ensure my partner and I had a memorable anniversary stay. She was always quick to respond to any questions and made sure we were as comfortable as possible throughout our visit.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Such a beautiful apartment, so spacious clean and neat, amazing views over Albert Park. Definitely will come back for another stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and really easy access to public transport. There were plenty of great local restaurants nearby and lots to explore on foot. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a very easy check in and the accommodation was in a great location and was well priced. The bedrooms are not large but have comfortable beds and the unit has two bathrooms. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked like it held everything needed. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The living area had everything needed. Froilan also left some local information that was a nice and welcome touch. Car parking was secure. We would definitely stay again.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Kim was super responsive when I needed to check-in early due to last minute change of plans. Lovely place to stay, had everything I needed for my trip. Was conveniently located with cafes and the tram. Even a walk into the city was easy, did this twice! Location was secure and everything was clean. Would stay again!

We loved Jeff & Melinda’s apartment- incredible view, lovely space to be in, very clean, welcoming touches (toys and books for our 2 young girls, bottle of wine for us) . The location was perfect to jump on a tram into the city or simply walk towards south Melbourne or Toorak. Some great cafes and restaurants nearby. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

It was a lovely staying at Lane Stay team's bnb. Very responsive. Terrace views to city and Shrine of Rememberance were wonderful. Very comfortable stay.
