We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

My stay is always perfect

We spent a weekend at the house and it was amazing! The house is much better than in the photos, the decoration is modern, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath and pillows available and of good quality. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very cold and the pool was our salvation because it was super warm, due to the electric heating. The condominium has a concierge and is 100% walled, in addition to being next to the beach and very close (5 min) to the downtown area, with several shops and restaurants. Jade always responded quickly and attentively, even extending the deadline for our check-out. You can book, you won't regret it!

My dogs loved the garden, the lawn and played the whole time. Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it's quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will definitely return more often! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

Henrique's accommodation is spectacular, identical to the advertised, I dare say it even better. it's been 10 years since I've been staying in the nearby houses and it's certainly one of the best I've ever stayed. Henrique is a great host always willing to help and resolve any issue that may occur. We spent great days and we intend to go back !

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well-equipped, it was very clean, and it has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do. We felt at home and left the apartment heartbroken hahaha we will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Ubatuba 😊

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.
