We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

The villa is beautiful. No complaints. Exactly as described - in fact, pics don't do it justice. Open plan living/dinning/kitchen worked perfectly for our group of 5. The terrace space overlooking the "jungle" and water beyond was lovely to relax on, and well appointed with seating and lounging chairs and BBQ. Downstairs bedrooms were very spacious, all with ensuite.

We spent a weekend at the house and it was amazing! The house is much better than in the photos, the decoration is modern, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath and pillows available and of good quality. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very cold and the pool was our salvation because it was super warm, due to the electric heating. The condominium has a concierge and is 100% walled, in addition to being next to the beach and very close (5 min) to the downtown area, with several shops and restaurants. Jade always responded quickly and attentively, even extending the deadline for our check-out. You can book, you won't regret it!

The accommodation is really a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you're looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the place for you! The birds on the balcony are a spectacle of colours, the wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The trail! Everything! It's really worth it. Thank you Luiza and Pierre for the great communication. We love the days we spend in the house, which is cozy, spacious, perfect!! Well Coladinha on the mountain, full of birds and butterflies a quiet 😍 place and full of peace. My dogs loved the garden, the lawn and played the whole time. Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it's quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will definitely return more often! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

Henrique's accommodation is spectacular, identical to the advertised, I dare say it even better. it's been 10 years since I've been staying in the nearby houses and it's certainly one of the best I've ever stayed. Henrique is a great host always willing to help and resolve any issue that may occur. We spent great days and we intend to go back !

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well-equipped, it was very clean, and it has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do. We felt at home and left the apartment heartbroken hahaha we will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Ubatuba 😊
