Loft holiday rentals in Microregion of Caraguatatuba

The loft is very nice, the condominium as well. Hosts are proactive and have made us 100% at will. For being a mini condominium my dog played in the space. The house was extremely clean!!! The three chairs and the sunguard are super enough for two people. Because they are lofts glued to hear some steps only and no voices, but that doesn't get in the way. We love the stay and let's go back!!

Paraty is a a beautiful town and Karina’s place is in a perfect location being close to the old town but tucked away down a side street to avoid any noise from the streets. We felt right at home as the loft had everything we needed. Even on the rainy days we could enjoy the use of the big projector. Thank you for having us and for all the clear instructions, we would love to come and stay again!

The atmosphere is simple, but very cozy, ideal for accommodating two people in comfort. For those who go to Juquehy, the most practical is to be by car, but the loft is very close to the beach and the center, within a 10-15 minute walk. Communication with Éder was super easy, and he quickly resolved the small unforeseen events that arose. Finally, the Loft is ideal for those who like a more reserved environment in the midst of nature, without much freshness.

The only issue is that to access the beach you have to go through the river, which is deep, you can't cross on foot. For that you have to pay 5 Reals per person to a boatman who takes you across. But sometimes when it rains, for example, he's not there and it's a problem. We recommend going to Praia do Alto, it is accessed on foot from the road and is very nice.
