You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door.

This beautiful fully renovated apartment is in the heart of the village. Quiet and ideally located neighborhood, close to amenities: the train station or the central square with shops within a 5-minute walk. The accommodation consists of a living room with an open kitchen and a separate bedroom with a desk, offering comfort and privacy. On the Toulouse/Albi axis, you are at the gates of Toulouse in less than 20 minutes and at the foot of the Albi Cathedral in less than 35 minutes.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Ground floor apartment in Saint Sulpice

We are a small family of two and live on the first floor of our house; in a very quiet and pleasant residential area. We are a 5-minute walk from all the amenities of the city center; 10 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from Toulouse. We have arranged the ground floor of our house so we can accommodate you. The apartment is therefore completely refurbished. We'll be happy to make sure you have a great stay.
