Beaucoup de charme pour cet appartement situé au 1er étage d'une villa des années 60 entièrement rénovée avec jardin provençal privé (oliviers, lavandes). Le quartier résidentiel est très paisible. Vous pourrez profiter de sa terrasse plein sud mais aussi de l'ombre des arbres et de la fraîcheur du jardin du rez de chaussée. Vous serez à 5 mn à pieds de la gare et du centre ville, des Allées Provençales avec ses cafés et ses restaurants, ses magasins de nougats (nos friandises locales).

Nous vous accueillons à "La Coustiero" dans notre merveilleux vieux village de Sauzet au pied de l église, qui vous offrira un panorama allant des 3 becs au mont ventoux. Ce logement paisible se compose d un lit queen size ainsi que canapé lit pour une personne ( ou 2 enfants ), salle de bain et d un espace salon cuisine. Proche de toutes commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, superette, tabac...) et a 10 mn de Montélimar. Attention fortes chaleurs il n y a pas de climatisation.

Here, on the ground floor of a charming village house, you will discover an old art gallery transformed into a warm and comfortable vacation rental of about 45 square meters. Our charming apartment, just renovated and decorated by an architect, is equipped with new furniture and can accommodate 2 travelers, or even 4 with its convertible sofa. Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
