This is the third consecutive year that we have spent our winter in Matilde's Condo - it is our home away from home.......... The location could not be better - everything that you may need from day to day essentials to a restaurant meal are only steps away. The Condoo is Mexican in style and overlooks the Marina, with the Sierrs Madre Mountains serving as a backdrop. The interior courtyard of the complex is a quiet tropical oasis, with a large pool and palapa. The Condo is fully equipped for the needs of long term guests, including a drinking water service through the Front Desk. You could not wish for a better host than Matilde. Any isues that arose, were dealt with expeditiously, and to our satisfaction. A note of caution: it would seem that November to April is construcion season, and noise from jackhammering - which we experienced -can become a major issue. Through Matilde we able to discuss, and ultimately mitigate the problem with the Project Manager. Enjoy your stay.......

Catalina was a great host. She speaks English and Spanish so she was able to communicate with both of us. I loved that the rooms had cribs and toys for kids. We didn’t use the yard much but it was massive. The lights of the city were absolutely beautiful at night. I loved that she had a book laying with reviews right when u walked in the door. We needed a place to stay late at night and she didn’t normally check Someone in that late but due to our circumstances she took us in right away and someone had just checked out that day and the house was already ready to go. The only wish is extra garbage bags for the bathrooms and kitchen but it was so minor that it’s not a big deal and shampoo for the bathrooms but she did have the bottles so due to someone checking out that may have been overlooked. Great place, great location, amazing host 10/10 recommend Reyes family

Las instalaciones son impecables y es un lugar muy tranquilo con buenas manidas es y cerca de todo, pasamos un tiempo increíble y volvería sin dudarlo.

Maria Luisa's place is a gem. And so is she! The apartment is spacious, bright, modern and well appointed. The kitchen is impressively well-stocked with cooking needs. The bed is incredibly comfortable. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood, near numerous restaurants, with a large grocery store one-half block away, and a subway stop within 5 minutes walk. All in all, a wonderful place from which to explore Mexico City. Maria Luisa is truly a great host, she obviously cares about her guests and to make their stay enjoyable. As an example, this is the only AirBnb location where we found a first-aid kit in the bathroom. Maria Luisa obviously is focused on her guests' comfort . She is very responsive, and is proactive in providing guests with information. There was an earthquake drill during our stay. She took the time to warn us, so we would not be alarmed when it happened. We greatly enjoyed out stay and definitely will select this place again when we return to DCMX.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente, el alojamiento cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para sentirse en casa, la vista al mar es hermosa, las albercas muy limpias y no tan coloradas, la atención del personal fue muy amable y atenta Marina gracias por estar siempre al pendiente y por ser tan accesible, mis hijos, madre y yo descansamos y tuvimos buenas experiencias en familia en tu hogar.

muy cómoda cabaña, tenía todo lo indispensable y era muy confortable, no hubo necesidad de traer más cobijas para el frío. nosotros fuimos en familia y tenía todo para no tener que salir de la cabaña, agua caliente, Internet rápido y camas muy cómodas, y por la temporada la decoración le daba un plus, si volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Très bon séjour. Pas trop loin de la zone hôtelière en taxi/uber, mais juste assez pour ne pas être au centre de la frénésie. Plusieurs bons petits restaurants fréquentés par des gens de la place à proximité. L’appartement était très propre et Jennifer répondait rapidement à nos questions. Je recommande!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had for the price. Very very clean. Ale was so helpful and always available for questions or assistance. The unit was quite comfortable and very peaceful. The selection of restaurants and basic needs in the area was abundant. I experienced a broken tooth in the first week and asked Ale where she recommend and I was comforted when she not only had a suggestion but took me there herself so I wouldn’t get lost. Really a great rental overall. So easy to check in, to get in contact with and to communicate with. Just a real pleasure. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you plan to visit and prefer quiet at night and a comfortable stay. Thanks Ale!
