Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Metropolitan City of Genoa

Custu Giancu was a complete oasis. Surrounded by beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful. Its location is quite remote so this is the perfect place to wind down and recharge. The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking, barbecuing etc. Claudia and Dado were extremely helpful and kind, providing local recommendations and always available.

La casa di Giacomo ci ha regalato un weekend di pace e tranquillità. Immersa nel verde, a circa 10 minuti di auto da Moneglia, è perfetta per una coppia che vuole godersi un momento di pace. Pulizia impeccabile e host proattivo nelle comunicazioni.

Wat een heerlijke plek! Het appartement was fantastisch. Nadat je 96 traptreden naar beneden hebt gelopen vanaf de parkeerplek, kom je echt in een klein paradijs terecht. De tuin is omheind en daardoor perfect voor kinderen om veilig te spelen. Alle ramen hebben horren tegen insecten. Fijn bed. Het huisje zelf was brandschoon en met zorg ingericht, met mooie oude details en een prachtige vloer (terrazzo of mozaïekachtig). De keuken is authentiek, charmant en volledig uitgerust – alles wat we nodig hadden om uitgebreid te koken was aanwezig. De airco was een grote plus, net als de nieuwe Weber-barbecue buiten. We hebben genoten van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van het huis. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het een stukje lopen is naar het centrum (ongeveer 12 minuten naar beneden, 15 minuten omhoog via veel trappen), maar voor ons was dat prima te doen – en een taxi terug is altijd een optie. Een heerlijke plek om even helemaal tot rust te komen. We hebben genoten!

Sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück mit toller Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit zu grillen. Im Haus alles neu und sehr sauber! Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und der Weg zur Villa ist mit dem Auto und dank der super Anfahrtsbeschreibung kein Problem. Rapallo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziger negativer Punkt für uns war, dass man die Autobahn hört (innen zum Schlafen kein Problem.) Sonst alles perfekt!

Simona e suo marito ci hanno fatto sentire come se ci conoscessimo da anni e come se fossimo a casa. Zona tranquillissima e piena di pace 🩷

Kein Luxus, aber urig und authentisch. sehr ruhige Lage als Paradies in den Bergen. schöner Rückzugsort, der etwas mehr Pflege vertragen könnte, besonders im Außenbereich. wer auf Natur steht und nicht auf Sehenswürdigkeiten ist hier richtig. Michela kümmert sich und kann super Englisch. wie haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen!

abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento davvero splendido, moderno, arredato con gusto e dotato di confort. la terrazza molto ampia e con una vista spettacolare sulla città, la posizione è strategica. gli host molto gentili e premurosi. un esperienza che consigliamo vivamente.

Wir hatten den besten Aufenthalt! Es waren traumhaft schöne Ferien in Varazze . Sehr spontan diese wundervolle Wohnung gefunden. Die Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum, wir haben gegrillt, Sport auf der Terrasse gemacht, getanzt, meditiert und einfach die schöne Aussicht genossen. Die Stadt ist sehr charmant, es gibt genügend Strände, genügend Aktivitäten was man draußen unternehmen kann. Bootsverleih am Hafen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Die Besitzerin war immer erreichbar, die Kommunikation war toll. Vielen Dank für alles. ❤️

Amamos nuestra estadía en la villa de Stefano! El apartamento es muy comodo, con todo lo que necesitas para sentirte a gusto. La vista es MARAVILLOSA, un sueño y un gran privilegio. Si tienes la oportunidad de reservar no dudes en hacerlo. Andy estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. PD: Hay que subir muchas escaleras, asi que si vas con personas mayores tal vez pueda ser un obstáculo, pero vale completamente la pena.

L'appartamento gode di posizione invidiabile, a pochi minuti a piedi da stazione ferroviaria, centro cittadino, spiaggia e molo d'imbarco per i battelli diretti a Cinque Terre, Portofino, San Fruttuoso. Sara era presente al nostro arrivo, ci è venuta incontro ed accolto calorosamente in casa. Molto gentilmente ci aveva offerto di venire a prenderci con la sua auto in stazione, ma dopo il lungo viaggio in treno abbiamo preferito percorrere il breve tragitto a piedi. L'appartamento è pulito, spazioso e molto luminoso, dispone di tutto il necessario per una famiglia di quattro persone con un cane, anche la cucina è funzionale e fornita di tutto l'occorrente. Il punto di forza dell'appartamento è il bellissimo giardino con panorama impareggiabile sull'incantevole golfo del Tigullio. Sara ci ha dato consigli utili, è stata sempre disponibile e rapida nelle comunicazioni, e molto flessibile concedendoci  "late Check-out" il giorno della partenza. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is somehow even more beautiful than the pictures- the sea view is wonderful. Michela was the perfect host - she was very kind and hospitable, and made us feel so welcome. Sori is a peaceful, quiet and authentic town with a big beach, amazing sea-food and a well-connected train line. We would absolutely recommend Michela’s place and would love to stay again. Ubytování bylo velmi hezké a na krásném místě s úžasnými výhledy. Kdo chce soukromý a krásné výhledy, tak doporučuji.

La maison de Lucie et Paolo est agréable pour visiter la region. Lucie et Paolo sont très bienvaillant. Le petit coin jardin est agréable et offre une jolie vue sur la mer. Petit bémol pour le bruit de la route qui est très pratiqué.

La casa è molto carina e con un comodo parcheggio per la macchina. È pulita e ben tenuta, munita di tutto il necessario e anche di più. L'host, Maria Grazia, è molto gentile e disponibile. Una vera oasi di pace, con una vista bellissima sul verde e in questa stagione si sente il cinguettio degli uccellini. Molto consigliato!
