Die Tiere haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein schöner ruhiger Platz für Menschen, die Tiere mögen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Our stay at Maurizio's was perfect for our needs. The building superintendent Eugenio helped in any way and was always a joy to speak to. The apartment was supplied with anything anyone could need. The washing machine was a gift.

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft, und haben im Schlafzimmer (ein Bett mit einer Decke) übernachtet. Wer damit nicht klar kommt, sollte das Schlafsofa nutzen. (Bettwäsche gegen Aufpreis). Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, fußläufig zum Bahnhof und in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem so gegelegen, dass es nachts ruhig ist. Am besten ist der flexible Check in/ out & Wlan inkl. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Lieber Diego, vielen Dank, dass wir in Deiner Unterkunft unser Wochenende in Bologna verbringen durften!

Excellent, Daniele has a wonderful place to stay. Location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the main parts. Very comfortable and cosy. Great facilities and a very fair price. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a really lovely stay at Gabriella’s. A cool sanctuary in a very hot Bologna. Clean and comfortable, with a very good breakfast and off street parking, perfect for our needs. We were able to walk into the town easily and we went to a couple of very good restaurants, recommended by Gabriella. We strongly recommend.

Thank you to Luca and Elisabetta for making our trip to Bologna easy with their responsive communication, clear instruction and regular advice. The apartment is wonderful. Clean, airy, well-appointed and very comfortable. Others have mentioned the fact it is above a bar. There is no escaping that fact, but the bars beneath are really pleasant and vibrant. We used them nightly, because they are nice places to have a drink in the street with the locals. These are not rowdy lads pubs. We turned in around 10 and the noise did not prevent sleep - two sets of windows dull any noise and any sound becomes inaudible with the air con on. To be honest, the immediate area made this a more authentic experience for us and we would not hesitate to return to the appt. There is a secure locker bag drop within 100 yards of the front door, coop closet still for essentials and all central sites are a 3 minute walk away. Cannot fault this place in any way. Thank you guys for a special few days.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Andrea’s place. The location is perfect—right in the center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The garden is a hidden gem: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a private oasis. The house was spotless and well-equipped, and Andrea was a warm and welcoming host, always available and kind. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa splendida casa, la chiamo così perchè è stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Valentina la ragazza con la quale ho fatto il check in è stata super disponibile e gentile nel consigliarci. Sicuramente torneremo quando capiterà di passare per la dotta Bologna. Grazie!!

Il nostro alloggio presso l’antico mulino è stato davvero spettacolare. Ogni minimo dettaglio era curato alla perfezione e la casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario. Il parco del mulino era veramente bello e ci ha permesso di rilassarci con il suono del ruscello che scorreva. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti, molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Speriamo di tornarci presto!!!

An excellent location with an exceptional host! Everything one could need for a visit was provided and you are rarely further than ten or twenty minutes walk from anything. Chiara was the perfect host and I highly recommend her apartment to everyone!

Ottimo alloggio per visitare Bologna qualche giorno! Ben collegato e in una zona tranquilla! L’appartamento è molto accogliente e dotato di ogni servizio. Self check-in super facile. Davvero consigliato.

I enjoyed the home very much. We came in late and Laura was very accommodating with our arrival. She sent pictures of the house and instructions with how to get in. Her cat was most gracious welcoming us into the home. He/she was so friendly and my son loved every moment. Laura was even up early the next morning introducing herself and her dog to us! Laura left us with everything we needed for our stay and even a few treats in the refrigerator. She was very hospitable and friendly. I only wish we could’ve enjoyed the home longer. We didn’t book enough time to just relax in what is a very nice area and home. It seemed incredibly quiet and safe. The house is found after climbing a mountain by car. The scenery was spectacular. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Check-In war easy. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Die Wohnung war sauber und toll ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Nähe zur Stadt ist auf jeden Fall ein Pluspunkt. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Wir sind allerdings gelaufen, was ebenfalls gut machbar war. Da wir mit Hund gereist sind, war der umzäunte Garten wirklich toll. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: für den Preis hätte der Garten etwas aufgeräumter sein können. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall für einen Kurztrip nach Bologna empfehlen und würden wiederkommen. :)

Tutto perfetto, appartamento molto spazioso con bellissima terrazza. Vicinissimo alla stazione, il quartiere sembra un po’ degradato ma non abbiamo avuto problemi di sicurezza

Siamo state benissimo da Annalisa: la casa è ancora più bella che in foto! Annalisa è stata gentilissima ed era tutto estremamente curato: dalla colazione alla pulizia. La posizione inoltre, è molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi tutto quello che si desidera. Assolutamente consigliato! Grazie ancora, sicuramente torneremo

This Penthouse was beautiful. The building itself is pretty typical Europe, older building with a modern interior. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again if I visited Bologna.

From the dreamy view to the hilly landscape, the beautiful (bath)rooms, and the charming little details like the souvenir cabinet and lavender sachets—Lisa and Andrea have thought of everything. You can tell this is a home that has been lived in with love and is now lovingly shared with others. Communication with Lisa is super easy, she gives great tips, and we especially loved one restaurant: Trattoria Anconella in the mountain village. From gorgonzola pasta to mascarpone with chocolate for dessert and delicious wines! With our bellies full, we could relax in the bubble bath with a stunning view. Highly, highly recommended!

Appartement extrêmement bien entretenu, avec une très jolie vue (seule partie de la rue sans un grand immeuble en face), a 15' à pied de la gare et 10' du centre ville, et un arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Très propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y être à l'aise, y compris quelques condiments et de quoi faire une vinaigrette en cuisine. Et le tri des déchets est facile. Tout est décoré avec goût. Séparation ingénieuse entre les espaces jour/nuit avec d'un côté une bibliothèque et de l'autre la penderie (pas de porte entre les deux espaces, c'est un studio). Le lit est très grand et confortable! Plein de commerces dans la rue, avec particulièrement un super salon de thé-patisserie pour les petits déjeuners à 4 minutes (Gamberini), et un marché couvert incontournable entouré de bons restaurants à 3 minutes : Mercato delle Erbe, parfait pour le midi. Raffaella et son mari ont très gentiment pu s'adapter à l'heure d'arrivée de notre avion. Nous y avons passé un super séjour!
