Holiday rentals with a pool in Methuen

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

Scott was very easy to communicate with, and he was very nice. They were so thoughtful and even left us a dozen eggs from their backyard chickens! The place was spacious and peaceful. Check in and checkout process was very easy!

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs my family and I have stayed in! We didn't want to leave this place. To top it off, Michelle is a great host. 5/5 rating for sure!

The home was so lovely and comfortable - perfect for our family. It had so many amenities, and comfortable sleeping spaces. It looks exactly like the pictures. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Thank you for a great stay, Kathleen! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and both of our birthdays that week and needed a little get away. This was perfect for us. I wish the weather was better, but you can’t do anything about that. We ate great food, went to a movie, shopped, went to the Nubble lighthouse and more. We would definitely use Kathleen again. She also made arrangements to have my favorite hoodie sent back to me as I mistakenly left it on the back of the door. Great host and super cute place!

This is the perfect place for a getaway! It’s away from the busy part of Hampton Beach but close enough if you want to go there. The drive on Ocean Blvd North is spectacular! Brianna and Melissa were very responsive to my needs. Easy to get to and plenty of parking, then, just cross the road and you’re on the beach. Overall, really great week!

Christopher was a helpful host and his place was perfect! Clean, fully stocked, great location. It was close to lots of beaches and restaurants and the pool was great for the little ones

Went up for a wedding in Exeter so we figured we would stay right at the beach! Phenomenal first floor condo right next to the Hampton Beach strip! Everything was nice and clean! The host was very responsive and was able to help with a few minor things we messed up lol! Highly recommend!

Very clean and beautiful condo in a beautiful setting. We will be sure to pick it again when we come back. We were there to see our kids, and it provided a very nice setting to get together.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay for our family of 4. I asked for 3 beds and that request was made possible. I enjoyed the area and it was quiet and peaceful place to rest after walking around the beaches and or state parks. Amenities were very good and communication with the check in team was excellent.
